Meriam and Blance always do a great job for our home. On time, uniformed, professional in everything they do, cleaning is superior. Have been using Brittany Maids for about 1 year now and have never been disappointed. What I like is that they keep the same team with the same house as much as possible so you're not having to reorient a new team each time. Have my house cleaned once a month. Thanks Meriam and Blance for such a great job!

I have used Brittany Maids for several years now. They do a consistently good job and follow any special instructions I may have. The office is very accommodating for adjusting my schedule when I need to every once in a while. I would definitely recommend them.

Brittany Maids always does an excellent job. I come home and my apartment is cleaner than I could ever get it myself! Office staff very friendly and accomodating, also. Very glad that I found them!

I was given an estimate from Brittany Maids for a trial introductory cleaning. I ended up being charged $100 over my estimate. All of the services promised were not even performed. I tried to use a coupon from their website, but they refused to honor it. I feel that they used a bait and switch tactic and will never hire this company again.

Excellent customer service from quality service and cleaning to flexibility with schedule and date changes. Maids are competent and pleasant. Highly recommended!

I have used Brittany Maids for 7 years and they have done a great job for me. Although my place is not very big, they get the job done. They are very thorough and have followed any instructions I leave them. They are also very friendly.

If your place is already near sparkling clean and you just need a gloss over, then Brittany Maids is ok. For a decent maid service who will do a great job, choose another company. I called and requested the manager come out. She made an appt to come and fix what the employees did not and she never showed up or called. I was polite to her and her employees. They did a horrible job, even on the easy to clean stuff.

I have been using Brittany Maids for about two months for twice a month cleaning of my home. I called around and got 5-6 estimates before having them come out for an initial cleaning and then regular scheduled visits. While I feel they are similar in price to other companies, I cannot imagine that any other company could be more thorough or careful in cleaning my home. Also, the staff I have spoken with on the phone are so friendly and helpful that this company is a pleasure to deal with in every way.
