Family member faced a bogus assault charge for following a woman when she cut in front of him in traffic.(He was taking his normal route home) She eventually yelled at him out of her window and he yelled back. She called 911. He got a notice in the mail for a hearing on assault charges!(Who knew in Georgia a person only has to "feel" threatened) He has no criminal record whatsoever and was extremely upset. Well it was over before it started because Jackie got the charges dropped AND because he didn't go to court he reduced his original fee! Jackie is somehow friendly and professional at the same time, plus he knows his stuff! I contacted Jackie Patterson to help me with a family member's parole. Jackie Patterson is undoubtedly the best lawyer that I have ever dealt with in the criminal/traffic court legal circuit. I was in an accident in February of this year in which I paid the ticket intially, but I was subpoened by the court system to appear for mandatory court. At the time of the accident my insurance had lapsed which I was not aware of until I filed a claim with my insurance. I was not written a ticket for the no insurance, only failure to yield. When I got to court Mr. Patterson not only got the case closed for that ticket, he worked with the judge and the other party's lawyer so that I can never be charged for having no insurance at the time of the accident. I walked out of the courtroom completely done, all within about 30 minutes of him talking with the judge. THANK YOU JACKIE FOR HELPING ME! If you need a great lawyer to represent you in any traffic case-CALL JACKIE!!! You will be so glad you did!

I was arrested for a DUI and it was my first time being in trouble with the law.
