Jeremy and the staff at the Ponce de Leon Exxon were incredibly helpful. My car overheated the other day and I had to immediately pull into their gas station. Jeremy immediately took a look at my car, found out what was wrong with it, and told me he would have it fixed by the next afternoon. Jeremy even offered to drive me home! I couldn't have asked for better service, and I will certainly take my car there anytime I need help!

I have had my radiator and oil changed by Ponce de Leon Exxon. My radiator was fixed same day. After reading my invoice I also observed the work was warrantied for 90 days. That is what I call standing behind your work. I also ate a cool snowball during my wait.

This was my first time taking my Honda to someone besides the dealer. I felt very comfortable leaving my car with these gentleman. Many women will recall times when they took their car in to the mechanic and got leers and silly grins--not here. They didn't even require me to sign anything before having my car fixed.

After an awful ordeal with another car repair facility where they charged me over $316 for a part that I not only didn't need, but once replaced didn't rectify the problem I was having with my car, I called the Ponce Exxon Service Ctr. I spoke to Jeremy who was EXTREMELY helpful as I explained the situation. He provided step-by-step details and explanations including answering all my questions from the time we 1st spoke on the phone, during the diagnostic and repair process, and even after repairs were completed. Randy was also very helpful and even showed me the parts that were replaced along with details of the work completed and why it was needed. What a refreshing experience! I have already spread the word and you should too - Ponce de Leon Exxon Service Ctr is the place to take your vehicle for quality repairs done right, fast service, friendly helpful staff, and an excellent customer experience!

I have several vehicles this shop has been working on for me. They've done a great job on all of them,the turnaround is good and their attention to detail is great. I haven't had to bring one back for the same repair. It's been great working with a shop in the neighborhood.

Service is fast. Prices are fair. They'll go out of their way to help you, and you won't be paying for services you don't need. They seem like really decent people.

This is my friendly neighborhood service center.Ponce Exxon has been there for all my automotive needs 16 years now.I have recommend their services to family and friends. They all tell me of great customer service,friendly courteous help. I only smile this is what i have come to enjoy.Thanks for going that extra mile by checking all my repair needs and helping me manage them.
