We are extremely happy with the paint job that Certapro did. They were very efficient and clean. The rooms look beautiful! Jeff Bridges is very professional and we will highly recommend him. Good Job!

The painting work--both inside and outside--was high quality, but communication problems (my revised work order never made it to the painting crew, somehow, and the salesman proved out of touch that day) were frustrating. Worst of all, was the damage to my hardwood floors, created when furniture was improperly pushed back into place. While I eventually received an apology, there's nothing to be done short of fixing the floors, which has never been offered.

Ceratpro painters are not like other painting companies where you have to wonder whether or not they are coming. Or if they will arrive on time. They did arrive on time each day. They finished the job ahead of schedule. The whole experience was pleasant, not what I would have expected of a painting company.

Excellent paint application. The painters were courteous in my household. I work from home and they made sure they did not disrupt me in any way. They cleaned up after each day and finished the job in the time frame that was promised. I can't believe I have found a painting company that is reliable. Will use again.

CertaPro was continuously on the job to please me and do what ever that I asked. They were on top of things and pulled the paint job together quite well even though they had to spend a little more time than expected.

There were a few minor problems which were present but not visible at the time the work was completed. I believe the reason for this is the variability of the lighting in the room Certapro was working in. The owner contacted me to ensure the work was done correctly and cheerfully resolved all items to my satisfaction.

Certapro painters were very skilled, always punctual, extremely polite and diligent workers. We are very happy with the work they did on our house. They went out of their way to fulfill all of our requirements and did an exceptional job. The owner was true to his word and got the job done right. He provided outstanding customer service which is very rare to find. This combination of quality work and customer service made this experience five stars!
