Dunwoody Pediatrics

We have been at Dunwood peds for 4 years now. The docs are wonderful and very thorough and caring. Dr. Reisman is our absolute fav and he caught a problem with my child that turned out to be a very rare disease and other drs. have been known to not catch this abnormality. Sometimes you have to wait awhile but he is absolutely worth it with skill and bedside manner!! Wouldn't go anywhere else and we drive a ways to get there.

Dr Reisman has been my boys' doc for over 4 years and I adore him. He is kind,funny, very thorough and supportive.My youngest is autistic and he and his staff have been wonderful! They have made sure all my paperwork/ referrals/ prescriptions are done on time. Dr. Reisman's nurse Tammy is wonderful as well. We go to the Alpharetta location and I highly recommend Dr.Reisman.

How nice to be greeted with a smile! It is obvious that the staff cares and that whoever is in charge, makes sure they do. All of them wear buttons that have smiley faces and say "Smile it's Contagious". No office can make everyone happy, but this one sure tries the hardest! Great experience every time.

Where to begin No problem getting my toddler in for sick visits, however, my newborn has/was a different story. Just this past Saturday I called because my 13 week old son had bowel problems and I asked if I could speak with a doctor or nurse and I was told "you have to call children's healthcare of Atlanta. We only take sick patients, like strep on Saturdays". I wasn't trying to get my son in, just wanted to know what I could give him for relief. This was the last straw. When he was 8 days old I was refused an appt for my jaundice concern and was told to wait the 2 days until the appt I had scheduled, then this past August, I had to cancel his 2 month appt because I was sick and when I went to reschedule, I was told it would be 4 weeks for the soonest appt. The exact words were "you had an appt and you choose to cancel it". I witnessed as I sat there a lady being put in her place for coming in to schedule an appt. This all occured at the Dunwoody office.

I have switched to the Alpharetta office and am very pleased with the office staff and doc at this location.

We are very meticulous in finding a healthcare provider, we did a thorough research and luckily found them. We have been in their care since Jan 2006 and have followed through the opening of their newest location in Alpharetta which is the closest to our home. You can never be wrong with them, from billing to the quality of care provided by the entire team. Dr. Julius Sherwinter which heads the team was ranked 1 of the top doctors in the US and was featured in different Atlanta magazines as one of the finest. He is brilliant, that he always has an answer to all your questions. The rest of the team exhibits the same excellence and were consistently nice and patient. All the feedbacks that i got from other patients in the waiting room were all "thumbs up' and expresses extreme satisfaction. As for the waiting time, not all the time you have to wait long because they really have an enormous number of patients and sick children are always given high priority but it is worth the wait. All my friends whom we referred were extremely satisfied too.Consider this- would you prefer for the shortest waiting time and compromise the quality of care provided? Overall they are the best!

I have bad experince from the practice a dministrator in dunwoody pediatrics she even did not respect me like a patient that try to explain what hapened and she was disrespectful to me same of my freand told me same things and I did not bleaved till I got my self

The Drs. have been great to work with, but the size of the practice can be a challenge. As long as you're okay with waiting from time to time, they have a convenient Dunwoody location and a nice facility.

We were introduced to Dunwoody Pediatrics from our closest friends and they are a great example of why you should trust your friends. They have taken care of us when we needed them most. Their compassionate staff and consideration for patient care is why we wouldn't go elsewhere.

I have taken my only daughter to Dunwoody Pediatrics for the past year and half and I can say that every doctor we have seen has been excellent.

My children have gone here for the past nine years. They have had some "difficult" time periods when a doctor has changed, but overall it's been good. They have always taken my child for a "sick" appointment that day. They have always treated my kids wonderful and answered every question I've had.
