Excellent Service
"To whom it may concern,
Dealing with this group at Jim Ellis Mazda Marietta was an absolute pleasure. Valerie, Dave Evans and Peter from finance were all 1st Class in both their demeanor and professionalism. Valerie and Dave even came in on Sunday to complete the deal and delivery. All this was done to accomodate my daughter, Melissa's schedule. I would not hessitate to recommend Jim Ellis to anyone in the need for a new vehicle. By the way, I recently purchased a new VW Beetle for my wife from Jim Ellis VW. Another excellent experience.

Only place allowed to service my Speed 6
I love the service and sales departments at Jim Ellis in Marietta. I purchased my Speed 6 there and will return again when a new version comes out. The guys in service are always nice and I trust them to fix my car correctly.

Great when you buy the car, terrible afterwards!
TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
They were fantastic when I bought my car off the showroom floor, but every time I came in to get my car serviced, Eddie Goinez was rude and unmannerly, and some of the guys behind the service counter ogling at me and other females that walked in.
I filed a complaint with a manager after I was screwed out of $570, but never heard anything back and just kept getting junk service coupons. Even their own female employees acknowledge the poor service towards women!
They aren't worth any stars!

Great Dealership
I recently bought a Mazda and it's a really good car. Mike was an excellent salesperson, no pressure on buying a car, just finding the right one.

Jim Ellis Mazda
The folks at Jim Ellis are the friendliest, most knowledgable folks that I have dealt with at an automobile dealership. The salesperson did a great job covering me on the Mazda6 features and there was no pressure. The service department always does a great job, whether for routine maintenance or for the 1 warranty assist I have needed help on. I would buy from the dealership again. -- Mike Kennemore

Best dealer I have dealt with
I have purchased 10+ new vehicles and never from the same dealer. We purchased our last new vehicle from Jim Ellis Mazda and would definitely go back. Our purchase was NOT the typical painful haggling process, it was quick and painless. They didn't try to sell a paint protection product or any other scam. The salesman was well informed and showed us around the vehicle. The finance guy matched the rate that our credit union was offering. We have had the car serviced there, since new. They are a little pricy, but it is piece of mind, knowing professionals are working on your car. Thank you for the great service!!

Great Dealer/Great Cars!
I got my Mazda3 at Jim Ellis in February and I had to say that it was a great experience. Having worked in sales, I knew what to expect from the salesmen. They were totally nice, really listened to us, and were great to work with. This was the first stop at the beginning of our car shopping, so we did not buy at first. But after visiting, my dad called up our salesman (Grey Finn) and told him exactly what we wanted. We came back another day, and they surprised me with EXACTLY the car I wanted. Great dealership, didn't take too long to do paperwork, and I'm still in love with my car!! Service/Repair doesn't take too long either. Highly recommended!!

Very good service department by Michelle P. at InsiderPages
While I purchased my car from another dealership, I've always taken it to Jim Ellis for repairs and recalls because it is more convenient. The guys in the service department are friendly and helpful. I don't use them for basic maintenance because I can find equally good service for less, but for a dealership service department, they are very good. Would also consider purchasing from Jim Ellis as well.

Above and Beyond
I recently had a claim on my warrantee and addressed the service department at Jim Ellis Mazda. After a "false start" with someone (who no longer works there), I worked with the service manager and explained my situation. Afterward, he apologized for any inconvenience and I was treated like a king. The service department went above and beyond any dealer service I have ever experienced! Kudos! Looking for a new Mazda? I've bought three from Jim Ellis Mazda, and I will again!

Excellent service department
Our Miata recently needed some work done. Bobby Austin, service consultant, was always professional, kind, and kept us informed of what was going on with our repairs. He made the repair process as painless and friendly as possible, and we will definitely be going back to see him any time that we need any work done on the car, even if it's just an oil change. We were that impressed by him.
