I knew I needed an affordable repair because I was not going to file a claim. I got estimates from a few places in Alpharetta. Jim's estimate seemed fair and was the best by the way. He went the extra step with me and even came in under the original estimate. GREAT SERVICE!!!! The car looked great and even had a couple of extra touch ups. Thanks Jim.

Jim & his team did a perfect job repairing my wife's Lexus SUV -- for less than half the cost of the nearby Lexus dealership. They also got it done in one week, as promised. They also warrantied their work as long as we own this vehicle. I would highly recommend this company for future auto body work.

Just as i read in all of the reviews before, Jim and his staff did a fantastic job on my bumper. Jim is a straight up business man, no tricks and no surprises. He gave me a realistic estimate then did the work in a professional and timely manner. I was so impressed I took our second car right back to him to get some paint work done. Jim and his staff are great and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

As you've probably seen from the reviews, Jim has a great reputation for doing great business. It was these reviews that drew me to his body shop when my Altima needed repairs, and he lived up to that reputation. He was friendly, efficient, and right on track with his estimates. More than that, he was very helpful, giving me pointers on how to work with the insurance company, to not miss any little details. Finally, the car looked like a beauty when done. I recently had body work done to my Lexus and had gotten 3 estimates not only was Express Auto Body Services, LLC the lowest estimate the turn around time was only a couple of days not weeks. Jim Gebhardt, Jr. was very professional and knowledgeable and my car looks better than ever. I also recognized the services technicians from a very well known dealership : )

I recently got some body work done on my 1 year old coupe, someone had hit the back quarter panel and there were dents and missing paint and scratches, etc. The Express Auto owner, Jim, came out looked at the car and gave me advice on what he recommended and the quote he gave was lower than other places I had been to. He said his company gives a lifetime warranty and I also saw the good reviews here, so I decided to leave the car in his hands. Now that I have received my car, I would definitely recommend their service. He went above and beyond what he said he would do, the car looks brand new again, dents are gone, paint looks new, well detailed and everything. Thank you Express Auto team!

The owner Jim is a straight up guy. The price he quoted me was the final cost without those "hidden damages" you get at other places. The paint work was excellent and to my surprise he buffed the whole car when done and cleaned the interior too! A few days later, I opened the hood to have a look at the work, Jim also had the engine compartment steam cleaned. Amazing over the top service. You'll get my business in the future. Thanks, Dale

The fastest service I've ever experienced and the work is meticulous, 100% professional. The owner was a pleasure to work with and I will never go to any other auto body repair shop. This is the one!
