Willett Honda South

I had problems with my air condition and every time I took my car to the service department they couldn't find the problem. I took the car back 4 times and they were unable to find the problem. They did not charge me for any of the visits. Finally I left it for 3 days until they found the problem.

As a woman, I appreciated they did not just fix something and not the problem only to have me return with the same problem. Very honest service departmentvery rare.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and insulting sales/management department. I have also never been spoken to so rudely in my life. My husband and I went in to trade our cars for a CRV and could not believe what a horrible deal they tried to give us. Then when we stated the much better offer that had been made to us at another dealer, the so-called "floor manager" proceeded to raise his voice, accuse us of lying, try to argue, and treat us as if we were completely ignorant. He also stated that he could “beat us at poker,” which I assume was his way of saying he could screw us over. I have never been spoken to in such a manner, especially from someone in sales, or a manager. I asked to speak to a manager above him, and this "manager" was almost as unprofessional, in his jeans/ white T-shirt/baseball cap, plus the fact that he seemed to not honestly care what I was saying. I would never by a car from this dealership no matter what deal they gave me. I am appalled that they have such unprofessional and rude people working at this dealership. NEVER BUY FROM WILLETT HONDA!!

this place was great lots of cars to look at the service was amazing. it won't be long now until we get that car.

Recently brought a car from Willett. They beat all other prices, very patient when we asked to look at many cars. Sales person very friendly to all of us. Once purchase was made, signing papers and getting car detailed went very smooth. Would buy again from Willett.

My husband and I bought one of their car last year, but we still go there for oil change and other services because their staff are always cheerful and very helpful. The place is set up where everyone can get comfortable while waiting for their car. They have a big screen TV and a place for children to play. Hot and cold beverages are also available as complements. Honda are good cars and I do believe when other people say they were built to last. I will definitely go back to them when it is time to trade in our second car.

I hate spending hours at a dealer. Rodney and Jordan gave me the best deal and got us out of there in no time at all. No pressure and no hassle.

Spent almost 3 hours for an oil change. Hours are 8am to 7pm, but found out that oil changers leave at 5pm. Oil changers need to be there until at least 6:30pm. Manager did apoligise and oil change was free.

I have always taken my Civic to South Honda to have the services done. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and know exactly what needs to be done and how to do it. I know I can trust them with my car and am sure they will do a great job as they are much more educated on my car, being a Honda, then any generic oil change facility. They performed all the services and checkups properly and on time too. They made sure to expect everything that needed to be looked over and everything was running awesome.

They do have a large variety of cars, they even rtaet you nice.The only thing is that they are kind of pricy with their cars and they will keep you there all day even if the car you want isnt there.
