They saved me from the “other guy”
Comfort Control saved me. First the “other guy”. I called some other AC service company that came out and put refrigerant in my system and charged me $224. The other guy didn’t even ask me first. “You have a leak” he said. So why did the other guy put refrigerant in the system and charge me for it? The other guy then quoted me big bucks for a coil, compressor, and 3 media filters. Needless to say the air conditioner stopped working the next day and the other guy kept the $224. Now for Comfort Control. I called Comfort Control because I saw them here on Kudzu and they had positive reviews. They came out that day, and gave me a quote that was $700 less then that “other guy”. They had everything done by the next day. The technician was polite; he wore those clean shoe covers while in my house, and cleaned up after himself. I couldn’t even tell he had been there, except for the clean cool air in my living room. They also stuck to their quote even when a brace in my attic got in their way and required extra parts and labor. Comfort Control is the only heat and air guys to call. Don’t even waste your time calling the “other guy”. Thank you Comfort Control for all your hard work. You’re a life saver.

Prompt Service During Summer Emergency
Not only was the technician early he was courteous, knowledgeable, and with competitive pricing we couldn't have picked a better company to work with. We will definitely be using Comfort Control concerning all our heating and air needs.

Good Work
I had Comfort Control Replace both of my furnaces and condensors. They did a good job. I had to have them back to finalize a couple of items, but they came back and got everything taken care of.

Prompt, Professional, Reasonable
EXCELLENT service! We were desperate after several days without AC and unreliable communication with our previous HVAC service provider. Robert was in an out in less than an hour and the repair cost was reasonable. We were grateful for prompt, professional and courteous attention to our needs. All he wanted is money!
My three-years old A/C was not cooling. I called this company based on the reviews at Kudzu.com. One technitian came and checked the unit. He then started to push me spending money on things that are not necessary. I spent $250.00 for his diagnosis and the products he sold. One day later, A/C broke again with the same symptoms. My lesson here is never to call Comfort Control again.

It is my belief that this is a bogus review from a competitor. Our customers know we give a full 2 year warranty on all repairs. If our repair fails the next day or 2 years from now, its covered. We always give our customers up front pricing before any repair is made. The choice is yours to accept or decline the work. It is unfortunate that competitors use this great website in this manor.

They are not "hard sell"
Our old systems (upstairs and downstairs) needed replaced. I am a salesman I and I know when I am being sold for a spiff or sales contest. None of that here. They listen to what we wanted, they made suggestions, and their quote was for quality products, which I feel I got. Attention to detail on the installation. Very professional and courteous techs. Owner of the company did the final inspection and demo on new installed systems. I used these guys for a repair a few years ago from a recommendation and glad I kept their card. For a major system upgrade or repair of an old unit, I would highly recommend these guys. We are pleased and have already passed their name on to two other people.

Fixed my A/C
Comfort Control installed a new A/C for us about 9 years ago. The unit overall worked well, and even 9 years later Tom (the owner of the company) was interested enough in our business and making the job right that he is willing to come back and install some new duct work for one room that is not cooling properly because of a small duct size. My A/C also recently had a problem with the compressor and Tom was so interested in making things right that he offered me a great deal on a compressor. He was also the only AC company that looked at the unit that was willing to replace the compressor. The other companies we called did not seem to have the expertise to put in a new compressor or they were just trying to get extra money by replacing the whole unit. This saved me a ton of money. Tom sent out one of his technicians and he had the compressor replaced and cooling my house again in under 2 hours. This was on the same day that I asked him to do it. When I told a friend of mine who is in the A/C business the deal that Tom made me on the compressor, he couldn't believe it and said he would get the compressor replaced for that price. And he was one of those trying to sell me a new unit. Tom went the extra mile to make a customer happy and even my friend in the A/C business (he works out of Athens) said that this was obviously one of the good,honest guys in the business if he was so willing to keep my business.

Outstanding Service!! AAA
At the end of the week it got very hot my air conditioner quit. I looked at several HVAC people but I found this one on here. I started to use them years ago and stoped using them. Then I moved and started to have problems here and there on the A/C outside. I called them on a thursday and they came out quickly that same day. Robert came out and found the problem and gave me several options.He was very professional and polite. Another guy and robert came out on that saturday and put in a new A/C for me real quick. John sold me a really nice temptar at a really nice price and he was very knowledgeable. They all did a great job and thats hard to find these days.

Amazing service for a 1st time homewoner
As a 1st time homeowner, I had no idea about heating or cooling systems. When my unit started acting up, I called Comfort Control. They gave me an immediate appointment. They found and fixed the issued and even answered all my questions about the system in an extremely professional and friendly way. Highly recommended.
