AWESOME SERVICE !!!
Troncalli provides superior service over any dealership I have ever patronized. My vehicle is repaired in a timely fashion , correctly , and returned to me clean. The service advisors provide clear explanations of the service done to my vehicle , they are personable , but yet professional in their demeanor. I would recomend them to all of my friends and family.

Service Department

Excellent Service Dept.
I have had several good experiences with the service dept. at Troncalli. They always do a very good job performing the service I ask for and have never tried to sell me something I don't need. Most of the time they don't try to upsell at all. On my most recent visit they attached a paper to my receipt telling me what was in good condition, what would need to be service/replaced soon, and what needed to be done now. I really liked seeing this so that I know what to expect next time and won't be blind sided by an added expense. I would highly recommend their service dept. I have found them to be very honest and reliable.

Superior Customer Service by Chris R. at InsiderPages
This big operation impresses me like a small operation. Besides literally opening the door for you and greeting you with a smile, they went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met and yet I have never purchased an auto from them. I had to have my Durango towed in due to dead battery and a couple of other issues and per my service agreement from another dealer Troncalli quickly set me up with with a complimentary rental, They promptly diagnosed the problems, gave me an est. completion time for the next morning, called me when they were done, had the paperwork waiting, efficiently took the rental back and handed me the keys to my thoroughly washed and now running vehicle. All but a couple of things were covered by warranty and it didn't add up to much $$$, but they still treated me like I had just bought a new ride.

Six months later I had to turn the same Durango in at the end of its lease (I had not leased from them). Buddy, the Lease Return Manager, accomodated my availability, promptly and smoothly completed the minimal paperwork and 20 point inspection and closed out my lease. To top it off, he then personally gave me a ride back home. When I do get that Jeep one day, I will definitely go back to Troncalli.

Better than most dealers
I've had pretty good experiences with these guys. They generally do what they promise, with no surprises. Well above the usual dealer BS I'd have to say. Most of the work I've had done there has been warranty stuff, which they are glad to do even though I didn't buy there.
Chris is a good guy to deal with.

Helpful Service Department
We had a small part on our seat belt that broke after 6 years. The vehicle was no longer under warranty, but the service department replaced the part for us for free. It took 90 seconds of their time, and they have earned a very satisfied customer that will continue to use them for future services.

Service dept
I used to take my car there but had to go back because new problems occured after they worked on it. Since they kept the car 3 days one time, I paid for it to get detailed it costs $100, so I expected my car to be perfectly clean but on the way home my little boy noticed they missed the back window, he could still see his fingerprints! Now I drive to Alpharetta to get work done.
