poor quality of service, wouldn't recommend
After going through another temp agency and looking back at my experience with MSI, I would recommend looking around before accepting any assignment that this company has to offer. Not only was I not paid for days that I worked, I had to drive to their downtown office several times (lots of travel time, plus had to pay to park) to do simple paperwork that could have been done an alternate way. The select staff that I came in contact with did not look at my needs, but rather tried to put me in the first job that they found. I was unimpressed with the position that they found for me, as I specifically stated that I was not interested in telemarketing of any kind. Being required to make several hundred calls a day fit into my definition of telemarketing! My direct contact at MSI called me several times the first week of my assignment to deal with paperwork 'issues'. Issues such as "while you were here I forgot to have you sign this" Do you really need to wake me up at 6:20 am to tell me that you messed up??? Nice office though. That's about the only positive thing I could say about this circus of a company.
