Can't say enough good about Dr Singleton and her nurse Crystal. After our first visit with the two of them my wife and I were both very pleased with our choice to use them for our family planning. After a very long year of test and procedures, along with one unsuccessful attempt, Dr Singleton and the entire staff of GRS were very caring and treated us with respect and compassion.
Highly recommend them to anyone.

We ended up using a different center for personal reasons, but I can't say enough about how sweet Dr. Singleton was. My new doctor even raves about her. She shows your her compassionate side, and makes you feel like she is fighting for you. If you go to GRS, make sure you see Dr. Singleton (she's the best they have)!

This was my first and last visit to this office. Dr. Perloe is not a doctor!! His nurse practitioner was my doctor on my first visit!! I believe your inital visit should be with the doctor not the nurse! He has no bedside manners and I only saw him during the ultrasound and I was left with the nurse the whole time. She was a sweet woman she should be getting paid his salary not him!(Since she did all of the work) He is by far the worst doctor that I have ever been to he is awful! He didn't even ask me if I had any questions. The entire facility is a production line. The doctors are running in and out of rooms(from what I was seeing watiting to have my bloodwork done) They do not care about their patients only $$! I will never go back or refer any one to this dreadful place. The ladies at the front desk are rude and unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money!

I Love the GRS staff.They are so friendly and helpful.My appointment was always on time.And I got pregnant within 4 month of treatment with metformin.Dr Perloe gave us enough time before we go for IUI.He always give us hope to conceive naturally. I am in my 28th week and not having single trouble in my 1st & 2nd trimester.

I would like to start by saying thank you from the bottom of my heart to Dr. Singleton and her staff. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for over 3yrs. We had a horrible time at RBA and we were not sure if we should even go on trying. I am so glad we did and we are now expecting so thank you Dr. Singleton thank you!!

The title says it all! We had been through so much with our infertility journey and were so discouraged before our first meeting with Dr. Stephanie Singleton. She listened to all that we had been through and been told and helped us sort through some of the bad info we had been given and helped us come up with a plan of action. Dr. Singleton and her nurse Crystal were caring and responsive with every dose change or any time we had concerns or questions. The lab/clinic staff were fantastic and very encouraging when we went in for our actual procedures. We had one IVF cycle and are now expecting twins!! I never felt rushed when we were in the office and never felt that Dr. Singleton was rushing to her next patient. I did appreciate how flexible the office was, they had early appointments available so that I could get to work and were very timely (more than any office I've ever been in). I know how emotional infertility treatments can be and I don't take this recommendation lightly. Dr. Singleton and Crystal were almost as excited as we were when they gave us the call to tell us we were pregnant. I highly recommend GRS!!

I went to this clinic. Like every one else I put my body and emotions in the care of total strangers. I thought I would be taken care of, since I had heard of great statistics for this clinic. Well if you can get past the attitudes of the front office, and the nose in the air nursing staff, then this is your clinic. I would not recommend Dr. Kaplan, she has absolutely the worse bed side manner. She's almost robotic in her non-emotional presence. The nurses seem friendly, but seem to talk about you to the every one else. I would deffinately have not wasted my time in this office. Had I had a chance to do it all again, I promise I wish I'd read what I am writting now, before hand.

This office is horrible. They are friendly until you walk through that door. It seems they just want to get you in then treat you like you are nothing. Dr. Perloe is friendly and seems to know what he's doing. HOWEVER, the Nurse (who you deal with most) and the front office staff are the MOST RUDE and unprofessional ladies we have EVER dealt with. EVER. We had one IUI with them and after a recent RUDE phone conversation with the Nurse . we are looking for another doctor. So sad we have to deal with this in addition to the emotions of infertility. We do not recommend this office.

Contrary to the recent positive hype reviews, our experience was very different at GRS. The front desk staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, the doctor was detached, "fake" in her projected empathy, and delegated the entire course of treatment decisions to the nurse. During off hours they were difficult to reach, rude and condecending when reached. Don't be fooled this is a business and all about the cash.

I had a really wonderful experience at GRS. I saw Dr. Perloe and was able to get pregnant with my first IVF. I have PCOS and Dr. Perloe was able to diagnose me when other doctors were telling me nothing was wrong. I was pregnant with twins and one of them had a brain defect and Dr. Perloe was amazing. He called me to offer his sympathy and he requested that my OB/GYN keep him posted on how the pregnancy was progressing. He did all of this after I had been released from his office. The nurses, lab and front desk staff have always been friendly and accessible. I would recommend GRS to anyone.
