Not very concerned
I saw Dr. Fineman when I could no longer see the allergist I was using. He was quick to judge and do allergy testing. He did testing stating I was allergic to tons of things but didn't need allergy shots. He thought I needed Allegra and would see me in 6 months. When I contacted him for help in the middle he refused to do anything, even reasonable. I will not go back.

Rushed Dr.
Dr. Fineman was rushed the whole time I was there. He wanted me to spend $1500 on serum vials not covered under my insurance plan. This is the allergy shot factory we all dread.
