Killian Hill Service Center

I went to Killian Hill Service Center a while back to have a minor repair done to my vehicle. After looking at it, they called me with a quote, like I had asked. I approved the quote and asked them to proceed with the work. They called later saying that when they got into it they discovered another part that needed to be replaced, so they went ahead and did it (without talking to me about it first) and my bill was about $200 more than what we had originally discussed. This put me in a tough spot, and I said that I would not pay for that part of the work, because I had not authorized it nor had I been consulted. They discounted the part in question and asked me not to come back. No problem there.

This is the 3rd time I've used them. The first two times were for pre-purchase inspections. The 3rd was for repairs following the purchase of a car based on their assessment. On each occasion, I've found them to be honest and fair. They give me a thorough assessment of what's going on with my car and actually took me to the lift to show me what needed repairing and why. This made me feel educated about what was going on with my car. Their price has been much cheaper than the dealer. Based on my 3 times using them, I'd highly recommend them.

I received excellent customer service with these guys. They shoot straight from the hip and give you a fair price to boot. I took my car in because I had a check engine light on due to flooding damage. These guys went the extra mile to diagnose my problem. Unfortunately, I had to replace my engine, but they worked with me and the insurance company to make the situation better. All in all I could not have asked for more. I appreciate the honesty and quality of the work. Thanks so much

I brought my old Rodeo into the shop. It had basically leaked all of its oil and transmission fluid out and needed repairs that other shops quoted costing over a thousand dollars. Killian Hill fixed my car for a price that was reasonable and didn't leave me eating Ramen noodles for the next year. THANKS!!!!!

I found Killian Hill here on Kudzu and am so glad I did! Scott and Jamie did such a good job on my Subaru that we'll be making an appointment for my husband's Nissan soon. The communication was excellent, the price was reasonable, and they even took photos of the job so I could see what was going on. I couldn't be more pleased.

Scott and the guys at Killian Hill Service Center did a great job! Scott called to review what needed to be done, gave an estimate, then called back to let me know what had been done and confirmed the estimate was the cost of repairs.
I will call KHSC when I need any other work on my cars

I was referred to Killians's by a co-worked. Glad I went. Had a problem, called and spoke with Scott and was told up front on the phone what to expect depending on the outcome of the diagnostic. Took my car in to be checked out. The findings were explained to me very clearly. Because the problem could not be fixed by Killian and needed to be resolved by the dealer, I was not charged for the test. Is this awesome or what? Where else can you take your car in for a diagnostic and not be charged? Being a female, repair shops tend to take advantage of you. I did not feel this way at any time during this experience. I have finally found "my" auto repair shop and look forward to having a long and lasting relationship.

This is a familly place for us where you are always greated with a smile and take advantage of an excellent efficient customer service. The prices are more than correct. Great location that I highly recommend.

My brakes were making very bad squeeking noise. I took it there to get new brakes. The guy told me my breaks are okay and just need cleaning for which he charged me $64. The problem is the noise went away for that day and came back again! other than this specific problem, they seem pretty good at what they do.
