Man's Best Friend

Both of our dogs were trained at Man's Best Friend and have been boarding with them for over 4 years. In those 4 years, we have never had any problems with inappropriate conduct, our dogs getting sick or being mistreated, or any facility issues. The staff geniunely love animals and have always welcomed my "babies". Not only is the staff courteous, but they are extremely professional and don't take small matters lightly. Reading Doglovergirl's comment's about animals being sick.well, would you want your pet contracting an illness? I don't think so. If my baby was sick, I would expect nothing less than to have to take him home. Daycare with real children works the same way!
Man's Best Friend is definitely a top-notch facility. They have outstanding values and I couldn't imagine my babies in better hands.

My dog had been boarded there for 3 weeks. when I came back and picked her up, she was a totally different dog. Stools were allover her body, and she was infected by several skin problems. She has been suffering from this since then for 2 years.
Never go there, my friends, believe me.

It's happened twice so wanted to write a review. The young guy that does grooming and clipping is good (sorry don't know his name). The young women (maybe they're in training) have nicked my dog twice. The last time he couldn't walk for a day. Writing to sayask for the male groomer. He's the best!

We did not have a great experience here. From the moment we stepped in the door my dog was terrified, he could sense something was off about the place. He goes to day care a lot and has been to a few different places.
This place was a bit sterile and bland. My dog was crying when we picked him up and parched.
The guy that we talked to told us stroies like my dog napped for an hour then played. My dog doesn't nap at day care.
Either way, we are never going back. Something's not right in there.

We have been extremely satisfied with our experience this far. Most importantly, Sitka's trainer, Eric, is phenomenal! He is outstanding. Professional and caring. Not just with the pet but also with the family members. Way to go, Eric. We appreciate your manner and expertise. Keep up your quality work there. It's made all the diffrence for us. BOW WOW!

Our dachshund was assigned to Eric Scott to be trained. Eric has done an excellent job of training our dog and his owners. Eric gives great guidance and lets you work with your dog, but he does step in if you have a problem with the dog. He then does an great job of showing you what you need to do to humanely correct your dog. It has been a great experience for our family and our dog is a much bettr family member.

This dog trainer is awesome! Eric Scott helped me with my 8 month old Boxer Butch. From the first time we met Eric he has continue to educate me and my fiancée in dog psychology and training. Non dog owners and owners has praised me on how well behaved Butch is. We have shared some of Eric’s wisdom with others and they have benefited without speaking with him personally. I have talked to several trainers and they spoke extremely highly of Eric. He is truly gifted and blessing to me and Mans Best Friend.

we have had a great experience at man's best friend . our dog, tanner, has come a long way- she is very obedient and much more comfortable around new dogs.
many thanks to eric scott and gregory vickers for training tanner, we all learned a lot!
eric continues to help us each week during saturday morning group sessions- these sessions are very important to help reinforce the obedience training.
eric is definitely in control - thanks eric!

When we first got our pup we knew we wanted some sort of training. He is such a sweet pup, but has so much energy. It was difficult to take him anywhere because he was so friendly and would try to jump on everybody and everything. After starting his training with Eric Scott we could not be any happier. Our pup is not perfect yet of course but I can actually take him for walks without being dragged around. Our dog gets so excited when we pull up to MBF and loves his trainer Eric. We could not ask for a better trainer. We would highly reccommend Eric Scott for anyone who is thinking about training their dog. We use MBF for boarding as well, because he loves the place and is familiar with the people.
