not so great...
dr franklin seems very to-the-point. she doesn't take time for you to ask questions, and if you do ask questions, she gives quick answers that aren't very helpful. she left the room after doing a followup pap for me, and thinking i would see her again, i waited for some questions that were very important to me...she didn't come back, and after asking the nurse if i could see her again and the nurse saying yes, i waited 40 minutes and dr franklin still didn't come back. bottom line, she seems too busy and not caring for her patients. i have to go back soon, and intend to find another doctor (hence my being on this site)! also, the first time i went i tried to explain a problem to her, or ask her a question, and she laughed at me as though my problem was ridiculous and she didn't know why i was asking it...she made me very uncomfortable.

Three-Hour Wait and No Service
I had to wait almost three hours to see her. She didn't even apologize when she entered. Very unprofessional. Then she wasn't even able to offer the birth control solution that I wanted. Even I had specifically asked about it when I made the appointment!

Insensitive, rude and unprofessional
I had the worst experience with Dr. Franklin last week. She was very unprofessional. I was explaining my symptoms to her and she laughed at me. She tried to make me feel like they were in all my head. Going to a gynecologist is awkward enough without being made to feel like you are a second-class citizen because you have not gone to medical school. I would never go back, nor would I ever let my friends/family see her.
