I had a mysterious problem with my vehicle, but the CAR guys put their heads together and finally figured it out. Victor's original quote for the work was almost $900 but he went to the trouble of finding a cheaper source for the parts, and it ended up being a little over $500. He didn't have to do that; I had already OK'd the job at the higher price. That kind of honesty and integrity is hard to find in the auto repair business. These guys have earned a lifetime customer. And by the way, they did the job right.

Victor was so great and honest. Car broke down and I had it towed there. At first thought it was my fuel pump, repaired and fixed it. Turns out it was my distributor. He charged me LESS b/c the distributor parts were cheaper, and didn't charge me for the fuel pump. These are honest people, and my car runs great! Highly recommended!

I took my jeep there. They diagnosed the problem, let me know what it was, then quickly fixed it. I recommend this place.

I have taken my vehicle to this place three times. Each time I have been pleased with the service I have received. I made a repair myself with a minor mistake; they fixed the problem without charging me an arm and a leg. I took it in for additional regular maintenance and to fix the engine light and again they fixed everything the first time and I did not walk out with an empty wallet. Last week I took it in for a burned out bulb and it was done quickly and reasonably. After two years of taking my car to an incompetent garage, it is nice to find a place I can take my vehicle to with confidence. I recommend this place highly.

I have an antique Jeep CJ and I moved here from Colorado. I had the Jeep shipped here ahead of me and needed it adjusted for the change in altitude. They adjusted her carb and got it running perfectly for a great price.

They are just great folks and very knowledgeable - I would not take a Jeep anywhere else in this city. Drive by, they have a virtual Jeep museum there most of the time. It is hard to find great mechanics in this day and age - you won't be disappointed with these guys.

They are extremely honest. They could have taken advantage of me but treated me quite well. They were informal, which concerned me initially, but it's clear they did right by me.

After fours years of living in Atlanta I finally found an honest auto mechanic when I took my car to Certified Auto. After getting a quote of $650 from another garage to replace my cooling fans for the AC unit, I went to Certified for a second opinion. They looked over my car and discovered that the cooling fans were working fine and the real problem was that a fuse had blown. They replaced the fuse for only $40, this was after the first garage wanted to charge me $650 for a mis-diagnosis. The guys at the shop were friendly and very honest and I greatly appreciated it. They could have taken advantage of me and replaced the cooling fans for the higher price and I would have never known. Instead they did the right thing and only fixed what was needed. I told them that I will reward their honesty by using them for any repair work I need in the future. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants an honest diagnosis and fair price for any repair

I had a bad Oxygen Sensor that Capital City Nissan wanted $525 to replace. I am no mechanic, but for $95 in parts, I replaced it myself in 15 minutes. I couldn't reset the "check engine lite" which did require a professional. I set an appt with Cert Auto, they took me in and I was gone in less than 30min. Plus they adjusted a loose belt (yes Cap City Nissan again), and did a better job than me attaching loose wires from sensor. All this for $37.50. Great service and price.

They worked on my jeep and charged me ALOT, but it was quality work I guess. They did have my jeep for along time and I called and checked on it so many times Im sure they got annoyed w/ me.
