Todd and Chris are truly amazing! This is the 2nd time we have used DPS and we could not be more pleased. We were in a bit of a jam and needed some help during a kitchen renovation.

Not only did Todd respond quickly but knowing they had other, larger, projects underway, they still made time for us and went the extra mile to help us complete the job on time.

Todd and his group are first rate professionals. They are honest, hard working and deliver great results. There is a saying "he is a stand up guy in a sit down world". Our remodeling project exceeded our expectations. Todd is there during your project and after. This is what separates him from the rest. We would highly recommend Todd for any work and will continue to use him for all of our future projects. Todd and Chris have made our 36 year old house feel like a new home. Todd put new tile in two bathrooms as well as other upgrades. I was amazed how neat and clean they kept the surrounding areas while working with such a messy installation job. My husband was not sure he really wanted to undertake new carpet on 2 floor levels, but boy is he glad we did. They made putting in a light in the ceiling of our dining room seem like a "piece of cake", but I know it was challenging. I'm looking forward to pulling down my new attic stairs to get luggage. Todd is a perfectionist about his work and his work site.

Todd not only did a great job with short notice, but he was very professional and did not charge me a penny over his estimate, eventhough the job had a few unexpected extras. I would highly recommend Todd and his team to any of my friends and family. Thanks Todd!!

Todd and Chris are fantastic! They have completed several projects around our house - one major one was the installation of new french doors. Everything they have completed has looked awesomethey have picked up every speck of dust they leftI hardly knew they were here working except that they were so nice and patient with my toddler who thinks they are the coolest. They are nice people and a pleasure to work with. Quick and reliable too! Definitely will continue to give them our business as well as refer them to our friends.

Todd and his team that includes Chris have done several projects for us over the last couple of years. These guys have become family to us and their work is fantastic. For any remodel and addition in and around your home, you need to call DPS.

I hired Todd and his crew about a year ago to do some major remodeling to my condo. I was doing a gut remodel in my master bath along with installation of granite countertops and undercabinet lighting in the kitchen, and hardwood floors in the main areas. Working with Todd for the setup and execution of the job was excellent. He was helpful in some key decision areas as well as always keeping me up to date as to updates on progress. During the remodel, there were a couple of "snafus" that evolved, but Todd handled them professionally and amenably. I was very impressed.

The flooring itself was, well, a "challenge" to say the least. My subfloor was a mess, and though not perfect, Todd and his crew took on the challenge and tried their best to make the floor work. After the work was done, problems with the flooring arose, which later came out to be that the floors were defective. Todd and his crew responded immediately. He came out to my place several times to investigate the problem. He even went with me to the flooring store to talk to the manager and associates, and he worked with the flooring inspector, who eventually made the final diagnosis.

When it came time for reinstallation of new floors, I immediately went to Todd and he responded again with professionalism and accuracy.

I would like to thank DPS and all the workers there for transforming my condo into a great place to live. I would recommend them for work on general remodeling in the future.

We were very please how quickly and what a great job DPS did for us. Not only the job was done on time - this was during Christmas and Todd was there Dec. 24th making sure all was done as promised! Our counter tops look amazing!

I had a problem with my vinyl siding which was damaged by the wind and called D.P.& S. to see if they would fix it. To my surprise (being such a small job), said yes and was even more surprised when they came out and fixed it the same day I called. This is the best service I ever received by anyone. Thanks Todd for a great job.

This review speaks to the commitment of DPS to their motto regarding "building relationships with homeowners." I had a simple plumbing project of replacing the shower strainer become a nightmare after a few "homeowner missteps." Based on previous experience with Todd, the owner of DPS, I contacted him for a plumber referral. I knew I could trust him to connect me with a plumber who could do the job honestly and efficiently. Instead of passing the job along, Todd and Chris took some available time out of their schedule to come assess the situation, and had the problem corrected by the next day. They had to cut into the ceiling from the first floor to access plumbing on the second, and the patch job is so perfect, you cannot tell that any work was done. (But I know it was from the new shower drain upstairs!) If you want to build a long-term relationship with a general contractor you can trust, who will work to retain your business, the guys at DPS are the ones to call.
