Repeat customer, would recommend to anyone!
We first meet Greg in 2000 when we needed replacement windows/sliding glass doors for our home. He and his crew did a GREAT job at that time so naturally his was the first company that came to mind when we needed a replacement roof for the home we just purchased a few years ago. True to form, Greg was reliable, courteous, informative and very knowledgeable! He did a VERY detailed inspection of the existing roof both inside the attic and outside the home to ensure there would be no surprises. He pointed out all the defects made by the previous roofer and had a plan to repair/improve/correct all the issues promptly. The man knows his stuff!
Although we had an additional 7 estimates made by other companies and Schantz was by no means the least expensive, I chose Greg and company because I was confident we would be getting outstanding service, great quality and the piece of mind that comes with a job well done.

Paula - I knew you were one our early customers, but as I reviewed our records it seems you were our very first customer! We are very pleased you chose to select us again on your second home. Repeat and referral business is our goal and we can only do that by delivering a better experience than the other guys. On this job we were the high bidder, but after we both broke down the job "apples" to "apples" we were actually cheaper than some of the others who failed to recognize and include correcting the existing roof problems. Sometimes our PRICE is higher, but the COST is actually less since most just don't do the job right. You won't pay twice for our work. Great Job by Greg and Company
We were extremely happy we selected Greg and his team to do the roof work as we were concerned about the back roof and the condition of whatever was under the roofing. Based on the way he presented his proposal, the pictures, and I
guess what I would call a trust factor, we are very happy that we selected them to do the roofing plus all the other work they did. While it took longer than expected, mostly due to weather and cold
temperatures we think they did a fabulous job and would recommend using them to others. I'm also happy that others on our block saw what great
work Oscar, his dad and crew were doing for us and decided to have you repair/replace portions of their roofs.

The way all contractors should be!
I chose Schantz to replace the windows in my 1-bedroom condo. I'm sure it was not a large or very profitable project for Schantz, however they still treated me like a VIP. Greg took the time to explain in full detail what exactly window replacement entailed and he even offered to help me get approval from the Homeowner Association if need be. I will certainly remember the great service and quality of my new windows. I will continue to use Schantz in the future when I ultimately upsize from a condo to a full sized home. Also, time windows were right on the money. Greg showed up for the initial estimate on time. The window installers also showed up right on time. It's the way all contractors should be!

Stormchasers Don't be fooled!
This is the same comapany who sent a salesman out to estimate a roofing job who turned out to be pushy,no knowledge of roofing, unproffessional.

Great roof replacement by a hard working team!
Schantz Home Improvement uses high-quality GAF products at a most reasonable price. The project was completed on schedule, with proper care taken to protect our home and yard from debris. From the first phone call to the job completion, Greg and Panida provided a high level of customer service that one hopes for during a home improvement project. We are pleased to have chosen Schantz Home Improvement and we highly recommend them.

Excellent company for home improvements
Greg Schantz runs an excellent professional business for home improvements. This is the second time we used him - first for siding on the back of our home, second for windows. The company is responsive, with professional staff, high quality work, and competitive pricing.

Easily the best
I would recommend Schantz without hesitation. From the day Greg showed up to offer an estimate to the minute I paid for the services, his company maintained a level of service and communication that I thought only existed in stories. He paid meticulous attention to detail on the project and his office admin kept me apprised of any development pertaining to the work. The price was exactly what Greg quoted, and the finished job is top-notch. Stop looking and go with Schantz. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent Products and Services
Greg Schantz is the most professional and helpful home improvement person around. He replaced our windows years ago and we were extremely happy with them. We recently had a horrible experience with Land Roofing and Construction who installed the wrong roof on our house. At the time we did not know Schantz provided roofing services. Greg came to the rescue, replaced our roof, siding and gutters and we couldn't be more pleased. Schantz stands by their work for years to come. If you want it done right the first time, call Schantz!

Glad I found Schantz!
I wish I called SCHANTZ first for my roof, windows and gutters. I wasted my time with competitors who provided me with outrageous costs, drive-by estimates, and lack of professionalism. THEN I found GREG SCHANTZ and his company. His expertise and explanation of the work to be done exceeded my expectations! His products were superior and at a better cost. Schantz's team of installers was on time every time and provided immaculate clean-up. Do yourself a favor: Call Greg and and you will be satisfied. I know I am!
