When I was deciding if I wanted to change ped.Dr.King met with me personally & listened to my concerns with my former ped.office. He has been wonderful since we switched & has not made me feel rushed for well visits & makes sure all my questions are answered w/o making me feel like they are dumb questions. We have seen a couple other doc/nurse pract. here & they have been the same way & even made follow up phone calls which never happened at E. Cobb Peds. The front office has been good & the wait time does not seem to be excessive as it also was at E. Cobb Peds. The nurses who return calls are wonderful at dealing with any concerns I have. I have been very comfortable with Dr. King & I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good pediatrician. He came recommended to us from friends that are still happy with him too.

On my last visit there, the receptionist-secretaries ignored me and were generally distant and unhelpful. After I wrote to complain, I received a letter back saying that they could no longer accept my daughter as a patient!
