Neighbors Heating and Air

My neighborhood website recommended this company as being great. Well, my experience was the total opposite. I called three times and never got a call back. When someone finally decided to call and schedule an appointment they simply didn't show up. The day of the appointment I called 3 times and no one had the decency to call. I would not recommend this company AT ALL.

Atlanta Gas Light came out and told me what was wrong with my furnace. I called several places. Neighbors was here within the hour, quoted me a price on the phone close to what the guy from Atl Gas said it should be and was $100 less than the "reliable" guy my neighbor uses. Great service and great value. Thanks!

Tim called right after his son's basketball game was over, and was at the house within an hour. Had the problem located and fixed in short order. He's professional and personable. I showed him a few other concerns, and he's coming back to take care of them all at reasonable cost.

Had these guys out to check hail damage on my AC units and give it a charge if needed. We would put the kids down for a nap and the upstairs would hover close to 85 and not budge. Spoke to Tim on the phone, and Richard came out. Richard didn't recommend combing the fins as the insurance company suggested. He said it didin't work well, and the unit was not in that bad a shape that the fins were an issue. He checked the freon, and added what was needed. Really liked Richard and felt he was trustworthy. He said I might have a leak, but he didn't try to sell me a new unit. He just said I need to see how things feel by the end of the summer, and if it stops cooling again, I would be best off replacing the units. The house is much cooler now. I also talked to him about an issue that started with my furnace last year, and will definitely call them this fall to get that checked out.

Responded the same day to my heat pump/AC problem. Diagnosed it within minutes. Friendly and knowledgeable technician. Highly recommended.

These guys are very good at what they do. I have a twenty year old furnace and AC that break constantly. I've called Neighbors several times and they respond promptly. They always fix the issue correctly the first time.

In the high heat of this last summer, we weren't able to cool the upstairs below 80 degrees. Tim came right out - same day. Now we probably got lucky, since he lives not TOOOO far from us, but that said a lot that he would do that AFTER 5pm on a weekday. I even think that it was a Friday!

That all being said, he found that the coils just needed to be cleaned. After flushing it out for 30-45 mins, the problem was rectified, and he charged us a very reasonable amount for the time he was there.

My A/C went out Friday night on days over 100F. I called several companies but couldn't get someone to come out till late the following week. I called Neighbors Saturday morning left a message with their answering service. The owner called me right back and gave me an appointment for Monday morning. Which was great, but an hour later Richard called me and said he was ahead of schedule and can come same day. He came out and quickly fixed my A/C. Richard was definitely a PRO!!

I'm using Neighbors going forward!!
