Excellent veterinarians
Best veterinary facility in the area. Knowledgeable vets, great customer service. They love my pets and my pets love them! Have been in business for a long time and it shows. Highly recommend!

Very Friendly
Although not the cheapest vet around, the staff and doctors are very helpful and friendly and have treated my dog well. Wait times are short, it's easy to make an appointment, and when my puppy had a reaction to a rabies shot, the doctor immediatley took him back in and monitored his condition until the reaction was brought under control. My dog enjoys seeing everybody since they pour the love heavy on him. :-) Even after they've neutered him!

Nice surgery
The staff here are extremely friendly and can nearly always book us in at short notice. Overall we're happy taking our pets here for check-ups, although it can be a little pricey.

Very thorough Doctors
The Doctors and the staff at the clinic are great to work with. They thoroughly answer all your questions and concerns. I have been going here for over 10 years, I can't imagine bringing my cats anywhere else. They also do a great job with grooming too of my cat.

Collapse of professionalism & abuse of patient
After having been a client and my children patients, at PCAC for over 10 years (and with no prior conversations whatsoever with doctors or staff) I receive a certified letter stating that the "doctor patient relationship is being terminated" due to their staff's inability to meet professionalism standards. Now, as perplexed & confounded as I was initially with this unprofessional behavior I have since agreed with them. Doctors not withstanding, their staff does not have the aptitude nor ability to conduct themselves in a professional manner nor treat my children with the respect and care that they deserve as patients. Prior to my eldest son passing last year ('06), he was boarding at this clinic and was exposed to willful and harmful abuse and neglect after not having been fed, walked or attended to for over 36 hours. He was a 'senior' dog in the medical ICU unit with specific instruction as to his extended medical conditions. The lack of integrity with which this clinic is run is apparent in every management decision made that affects both clients & patients. I believe that the GA Veterinarian Association should investigate this clinic as to neglect of patients, unprofessionalism & unethical acts towards clients & unlawful employment practices. Although, my children and I dearly love their two vets who practice at PCAC, I could not ever recommend anyone take their loved ones there and subject them to that environment.

almost killed my dog!
We brought our dog to them when he developed some fluid filled sacs on his elbows. We filled out his complete medical history. We rescued him as a puppy. He had been used as pit bull bait, and was near death when we rescued him. They copied his medical history and gave it back to us. They said he needed surgery. They put him under and operated on one elbow. He went into heart-block and almost died. His chart said he had a weak heart. Luckly he came to and woke up. We went to another vet who said his hygromas (sacs) were not life threating and to leave it alone and it would go away. It went away on it's own! I paid nearly $1000.00 for them to almost kill my dog!

Wonderful staff...
The staff is very nice to our dogs and to us. They work with us to make the visit as painless as possible for our dogs that are scared of vets. Always call back when they say they will. Doctors and vet techs seem to really care about the animals, always very gentle with them.

Good for skittish animals
They are really good with my cats. I have takend both of them there for boarding and grooming and the staff really take good care of them.

The vets in this clinic are wonderful and caring. My cats normally don't like to go the vet, but they don't mind as much with these because all of their staff members treat them like their own.
