Delta Employees Credit Union

I have been a member since 91 and have always been pleased with the service offered by the DECU. Now that it is the Delta Community Credit Union it has expanded its customer base and added several branches, but still maintains its personal service with rates that beat the banks by far.

I can't say enough great things about this place. DECU has changed to Delta Community Credit Union and is building branches to make it more convenient for their members. I love everything about this credit union. If you're having any problems all you have to do it call. They are professional and are always willing to bend over backwards, even if it was my fault.I will never bank anywhere else. They offer so many services and online banking is the best with them. I highly recommend this credit union over any other financial establishment. It truly has it all!

I am a member since 1998 and even though they are not on every corner - I still choose to stay with them. Their online banking is really good and I get great service when I call them as well. New branch openings are also great conveniences. Don't be robbed by the big banks!

I've been a member since 1990 and have always been impressed by their service and rates. They aren't on every corner like the behemoth banks that rob you blind, but they are available when you need them.

I have been a DECU member since '95 and have always been pleased with the service I have received from the organization. Online loans, auto bill payshare drafts w/ interest. If you have a question or concern you can actually reach a real PERSON! And when you dothey help you immediately Great to have in the world of customer no service. Highly recommend

Easy access as you can now utilize other credit union atm's. Wonderful service and excellent financial planning tools are available.

DECU is an excellent place to bank. Currently all my accounts are earning interest. They are adding more branches making banking even more convenient. And now virtually anyone can become a member, not only delta employees. I have been very happy with my service.

This The Delta Credit Union is so exceptional. They make customer service such a high priority. It's the only place I know where every customer is treated like a vip. As corny as that sounds, it's true. Plus, they don't nickel and dime you with senseless fees, they offer great interest rates, and have wonderful member services such as retirement planning and car buying. I will NEVER go back to traditional banking. If you have the chance to join the DCCU, don't hesitate! You'll be so glads you did!
