DPC off Peachtree has cremated enough of my pets to create a nuclear winter when we are all combined and scattered at MY passing. I have a rescue and they have lovingly, individually and compassionately cremated everything from my tiny 9 lb cat Cooter (Kitty Coo) to my beloved giant Mastiff (Booda - for whom they had to send an "hearst" because he was close to 100 lbs).



The staff has cried with me, WITH me, counseled me, consoled me, they have even collected money among themselves when I was SO BROKE from putting money into rescued dogs that I did not think I could scrape together enough to cremate my OWN beloved forever dog - they made up the balance. Loving, kind, warm, compassionate and when you get your cremains back, you KNOW IT IS YOUR BELOVED PET - they cremate one at a time in an atmosphere of silent prayerful respect.



There are not enough good words. At a time so painful that we cannot breathe and don't think we can put one foot in front of the other walking in a daze of pain, drowning in our darkest sorrow - they will lift you up - talk to you, hug you, let you know that your love was what your pet lived for and the pain is normal and worth it to have had those years of love. I love them.



I have the honor and joy of having some 8 cremain boxes here - and reflect over them often - looking at their photos - I talk to them, and I know in the stillness of the night they walk the halls they loved so much because I brought them HOME.

Some people may find it strange to have a pet cremated. But when our recently adopted cat (who had been passed around most of her life) died, we didn't want to abandon her again. Through the services of Deceased Pet Care, we were able to bring her home to the last home she'll ever know.

I have use DPC for several of my beloved pets they really care about your lose. They are so polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone

We had a sudden loss recently with our beloved cat. We were devastated by the loss but knew we just did not want to just have our vet take care of her remains.

We decided to use Deceased Pet Care and had her buried in their Oak Rest cemetery.

They picked up our pet from the vet and prepared her for burial. They let us take the time to pick out the casket, plot and grave marker. The showing is a nice touch as it gave us time to spend with her before the burial.

I like the fact that we could be there while she was being buried to say a final goodbye. We purchased a nice vase so it is always there for us to refill with catnip each time we visit.

A very caring place. They also have a trust fund set up so that the cemetery will remain there forever.

We were, of course, devestated to have to use this service. But their follow thru was wonderful. Despite assuring me it was all taken care of, our vet's office staff did not complete all necessary info. They promptly called to confirm our wishes. I was very pleased with their professionalism & caring attitudes while we untangled the mess made thru carelessness on neither of our parts. I was very satisfied, and will recommend them to other pet owners without hesitation.

They took care of old nelly when his time came. I have him in an urn now on the fireplace. Sure miss him.

I had the unfortunate experience of losing my @ 16 year old furbaby,Ginger, in Nov of 2005.
She was a rescue and was with us about 6 years,with her illness',eventually losing both eyes and her hearing,she was a trooper and my Angel. She went quickly and peacefully in my arms.
I had looked around a bit, knowing she was getting older, yet tearfully not wanting to think of losing her.
I found Deceased Pet Care. When the time came, they responded in the most understanding,kind & professional way possible.Through dealing with him, I knew Ginger was in good hands and they took care of her and us as if it were thier own loss.

my family and i have used deceased pet care for the past 20 years and will contiue to do so. the shugarts' are professional, caring, and provide compassionate care when you need it most. whether you need immedate service (including after hours) or prearrangement, they are the best.

I guess most people like to be comforted and such in times of grief. Personally, I want as little as communication with people as possible. They immediately saw that I wasn't much of a talker and spoke softly when it was necessary to communicate. When I looked at the urns, they left me alone and no one tried to sell me anything that I didn't ask about. They are extremely professional and excellent at what they do.

I used them for cremation of my best friend's dog (he was too distraught to even deal with it) and when the time comes for my pet, I will use them for that as well.
