Wonderful!
Alfredo and his staff were great! They showed up on time, worked quickly and got the carpet spotless. They were very professional and I would definitely recommend them.

Duraclean (and Alfredo) ROCK!
We had several rugs, one a very expensive Oriental and a Stickley sectional that had taken the brunt of many 10 year-olds and 3 pugs...and all looked as though their day was close to over and I was going to give it one last try (we had had all cleaned prior to calling Duraclean. Alfredo comes to the house and from the initial meeting (for which he was very prompt) to his leaving our home, he and his team demonstrated the utmost in care and professionalism, transforming all of the above to their former days...everyone who has seen them has said they look like new. Alfredo, WE LOVE YOU AND YOU TEAM and will be back again and again.

Highly Recommended!
The owner, Alfredo, came personally to give an estimate. On the day of the cleaning, he and two other men, arrived right at the scheduled time. They were professional and meticulous. My carpets look great and I will definitely use them again next year for my spring cleaning.

Professional and Courteous Service
I was extremely pleased with the job done by Alfredo and his crew. Alfredo was flexible in my need to change a scheduled appointment, and was right on time on the morning that the service was performed. Both he and his workers were friendly and courteous, and their work was thorough and of great quality. I chose Duraclean because of their many positive reviews on Kudzu and was not disappointed.

Excellent Service
Alfredo and his staff did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. I asked about a particular needle point rug that we have in our den and Alfredo said that it would be hand cleaned and he could do it right then. They did an excellent job. He and his staff are very professional, courteous and clearly excel in customer service!

Couldn't be Happier
Alfredo is the best! His services are A+, my carpets look better than they ever have. Alfredo and his team are professional, courteous, were on time and did an excellent job cleaning not only my carpets but area rugs. You won't be disappointed!!

"Professional Service by the Business Owner"
I contacted Alfredo based on his Kudzu reviews and couldn't have been more pleased and satisfied by his services. This business is self-owned and that ownership comes through loud and clear in the service levels you experience. Alfredo and his team were personable, courteous and thorough. He also demurred in receiving payment for extra spots he generously cleaned. You will be glad you have found this gem of a service resource.

Excellent service. great value
The Duraclean team is excellent. They are prompt and reliable. The free consultation was informative and realistic. I appreciated the advice and helpful hints regarding maintenance for my freshly cleaned carpeting. I strongly recommend Duraclean services.

Best Service
This company came on time, did a super job on both my carpet and sofa for the price they had quoted, and did not try to sell me alot of stuff I didn't want or need like other cleaners have. I felt very comfortable with the workmen they sent out and I will call them in the future.
