Duraclean Carpet & Fabric Specialists

I had Duraclean Carpet & Fabric Specialists clean my family room upholstered furniture. They arrived on time and were polite and courteous. They did an excellent job removing soil and odors from the furniture. I will have them return soon to clean my carpets. I will never use anyone else.

Very professional when I called to make the appointment and when they arrived at my house. They were right on time. Alfredo and his team did an excellent job cleaning a couch and two chairs that were about 9 years old and had never been cleaned. They even went over spots several times to assure they were clean. I will use this company again and highly recommend them.

Owner and crew were right on time for appointment (doesn't happen often in Atlanta). Very courteous, professional, neatly attired, explained everything. They did a great job cleaning several upholstered pieces of furniture. I would recommend and plan on using in the future.

We had several rugs, one a very expensive Oriental and a Stickley sectional that had taken the brunt of many 10 year-olds and 3 pugsand all looked as though their day was close to over and I was going to give it one last try (we had had all cleaned prior to calling Duraclean. Alfredo comes to the house and from the initial meeting (for which he was very prompt) to his leaving our home, he and his team demonstrated the utmost in care and professionalism, transforming all of the above to their former dayseveryone who has seen them has said they look like new. Alfredo, WE LOVE YOU AND YOU TEAM and will be back again and again.

The owner, Alfredo, came personally to give an estimate. On the day of the cleaning, he and two other men, arrived right at the scheduled time. They were professional and meticulous. My carpets look great and I will definitely use them again next year for my spring cleaning.

I find this company on kudzu and it was like a mirrecle after they finished the job my house was like new .

I was extremely pleased with the job done by Alfredo and his crew. Alfredo was flexible in my need to change a scheduled appointment, and was right on time on the morning that the service was performed. Both he and his workers were friendly and courteous, and their work was thorough and of great quality. I chose Duraclean because of their many positive reviews on Kudzu and was not disappointed.

Alfredo and his staff did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. I asked about a particular needle point rug that we have in our den and Alfredo said that it would be hand cleaned and he could do it right then. They did an excellent job. He and his staff are very professional, courteous and clearly excel in customer service!
