The follow-up and customer service of Rainaway is absolutely the best! I purchased my system over two years ago and when I called because I was having additional patio work done they responded immediately. The new construction required Jeff and Dave to come over on two separate occassions to make the nescessary changes to the system.

The Rainaway investment paid off a thousand times over. I want to thank the Jeff and Dave for all of their dedication to their customers.

Can't beat the price and quality of work. We LOVE our "patio". Have our hot tub and patio furniture (and a TV).under our Rain Away Deck Cover have had NO issues with rain getting onto the covered area it is like having another space for entertaining!

I emailed and called 7 Under Decking companies from my Google search and no one ever called me back. I found Rain Away through another search and spoke to Jeff Butler, he came out the same day and 4 days later my Under Decking was complete. Jeff at rainaway has convinced us that
"service after the sale" is NOT a thing of the past.I was amazed when a warranty repair was fixed with only a thirty second phone call WOW. I have very little time to write a review but I could not let this kind of service go without being recognized.
The Rainawy system has far exceeded all our expectations.

Jeff Butler and his company did a wonderful job on our underdeck system. he worked in conjunction with our contractor who built deck and porch. we absolutely love the space underneath and use it as much if not more than our new deck and porch. We can sit underneath with fans on in the summer and watch the kids on the playset. totally turned into wonderful additional living space. they were a pleasure to work with. very professional, timely, courteous and would definately use again and recommend to others. Thanks so much for a job well done!

These guys are awesome. They got back with me quickly with a quote and they do wonderful work. I would recommend them to everyone who needs an underdecking system. My deck will now be a beautiful, usable space.

The Butler Brothers run a great business -- showed up when they said they would. All workers were Americans who speak English, are efficient and stood by their work. There was great follow-up service to make sure the job was done right. Bravo and many thanks.

We're extremely pleased with the new under-deck drainage system recently installed by these guys. This has extended our living space outdoors, thereby adding additional square footage to our home & creating an additional "room" & area to entertain. This is our 2nd experience with Dave & Jeff and their talented crews & we couldn't be happier!
