I found Rich on Kudzu and hired him to install new windows in my old house. He did such a great job I ended up hiring him for several other home improvement projects - he even built me a new front porch. He's very reliable, he knows what he's talking about, and his prices are excellent. Can't recommend him enough!

Immaculate Construction has worked on our house twice in the last five years. Services included remodeling two baths and a kitchen, lighting projects, wiring, roofing, painting, and carpentry projects just to name a few. We've seen lots. I recommend IC without hestitaion. Bids are thorough with no surprises. What you ask for is what you get. The subs in each area of expertise and simply the best. We've seen a couple dozen workers on our projects and all are professional, personable, and responsive to your needs. Hate to say it, but it has a little This Old House flavor!

I've used The Immaculate Construction on five major projects, including the complete gutting of a kitchen/laundry room/sunroom and a bathroom, as well as several smaller projects over the past decade on two houses I've owned.

Rich Morarre is attentive, accommodating and a consummate professional. His rates are reasonable to the point that I don't get other bids anymore. I used to be a building inspector, and I know his work is done according to code.

Both houses I've been in since 1992 are older, which mean unforeseen problems are likely to crop up once the work starts. Instead of fixing whatever it is and adding it to the bill without your knowledge, Rich will stop work on that portion, show you the problem, suggest a fix and get your approval before proceeding. Work is done according to contract, and any changes are agreed upon in advance.

I'd give Rich more stars if I were able. I recommend him without hesitation.

Rich did a great job of explaining what was going on with the problem I was having and how it was going to be corrected. AND, he definitely did a wonderful job repairing the damages to my bathroom! My only negative comment is that he was not timely at all showing up to the job site which, I felt, caused the project to take twice as long as it should have. Would I recommend him to others? Absolutely & I already have. Overall, I felt his work was solid, thorough, and I would use him again!

Rich and his crew were very professional while working on the job. They never did anything without discussing it with me first. I was very pleased with the results. Their work truly lives up to their name . . . immaculate. I would recommend them and also use them again for future projects if needed.
