Studio Lotus Pilates

I am new to Pilates, and every trainer I have had has been patient, caring and very knowledgeable. They tailor your workout to your ability and can accommodate almost any schedule. The studio is beautiful, lots of parking, lots of space even during busy times and lots of hot water. They also offer Active Core Training for strength and balance. You can try a variety of trainers or set up a standing appointment with a single trainer. I have never laughed so much during an exercise session! LaKisha and Melissa are amazing as are the support staff – Yeah Toni! Studio Lotus is going to be stuck with me for a very long time!

Excellent instruction whether one-on-one or in a class. Very clean, attractive studio with free parking.

Studio Lotus is fantastic. The instructors are incredible, well trained and very knowledgeable. They can do standard pilates or tailor it to specific conditions. Also, the studio is well equipped. My body feels much healthier after only a few weeks, and as a result, I have had added Studio Lotus to my budget for the next year.
Try it once, and you will be hooked!

I have a 60 hour workweek and I find it hard to find time to exercise. After a few weeks I am now a die hard pilates pro! My body looks amazing and I don't feel like 62 at all. Thank you!

Last summer, I stopped in at Studio Lotus in search of a place close to home where I could get help on starting a Pilates practice. As someone who has done yoga for 20 years, I was interested in deepening my core muscles to improve my yoga, my posture, my overall feeling of strength and flexibility. I now go twice a week and work with two terrific trainers, Ann and Gigi. I'm so impressed with the trainers and their level of experience, their gift at subtle guidance, their ability to know just when to expand my practice to include something new and challenging. I feel stronger and look leaner. I highly recommend Studio Lotus -- whether you're already fit or are just beginning.

My physical therapist recommended pilates a year ago to help with my knee and back issues. I couldn't even think about a roll up when I started, but with Nancy's patience and Jojo's encouragement I am getting stronger every week. My knees don't hurt as much and my lower back hasn't been a problem. The studio is clean, neat, and all the instructors are great.

Studio Lotus offers real pilates. I had taken pilates classes for over a year at another gym but never felt the benefits until I started at Studio Lotus. Within weeks, I felt better and noticed improvements in my appearance. Studio Lotus creates a fun but professional atmosphere. I look forward to working out there!

I started Pilates at another studio, and switched to Studio Lotus because they could accommodate my schedule. Now I wouldn't go to any other studio. The front office staff is really professional and helpful, but the instructors are the reason for coming, and they are the VERY BEST!!! I take most of my private sessions with Jojo, but have taken privates, duets, and semi-private sessions with several other instructors, all of whom are wonderful. Every session has been a great experience. The instructors never stop challenging you, which keeps me coming back for more and more. I have improved my flexibility and strength, and always feel energized when I finish my workout.

My husband is hot! At 61 he looks fantastic.
I've loved pilates at Studio Lotus for several years and although he thought it was great for me he was reluctant to try it, thinking it was a "woman's exercise". I told him some of the history of pilates, that it was developed by Joseph Pilates to help rehabilitate soldiers who were injured in war. Then I gave him an introductory package of training sessions for his birthday. That was 1 year ago and the change in his physique is significant. Always athletic, he worked out at a gym 3 or more days a week but with pilates his posture improved, his shoulders broadened,his abs flattened and his confidence soared.
We love Studio Lotus, nothing like a hot body to rev up a marriage, at any age.
