Honest and Professional----That's Holtkamp
Our 16 yr old heatpump was on its last legs. A competitor just offered to replace the unit with a new one the same size. Dustin at Holtkamp evaluated our house and found that our ductwork was not sealed during construction. He also prescribed a smaller more efficient unit. He earned our trust. Ray came and did the install and the ductwork repair. All went well. He is fantastic! Our new Trane unit and sealed ductwork makes our home much more comfortable than it ever was before. They even came back after the install to re-evaluate the house and show the much improved results of the ductwork repair. Thanks Holtkamp!

Excellent Work Pweformance
I never expected that I could say that I was completely satisfied with any Company Performance. Holtkamp Heating and A/C proved me wrong. Several items were completed at my Home including a new A/C Unit all to my complete satisfaction. Would highly recommend this Company

Excellent service
The service person that sent to my home was on time and courteous. He checked my a/c and stated clearly the problems that could be involved. He checked with me before proceeding with repairs, which thankfully turned out to be easier to fix than I had first thought. The price was reasonable. I was very pleased and paid for a yearly maintenance contract. Thank you Holtkamp.

wanted to sell new unit
Their service man really wanted to sell a new unit not fix the one we had. Also charged for the visit which was not explained before he came. would not call them again!

My apologies to this customer for not explaining our fees when we set up the appointment. Normally we do this, but with the first heat wave last week, we were doing our best to help everyone. If "obgynnurse" will call us back, I will happily refund his/her money. We do not charge for estimates on new equipment or when giving second opinions. We do charge when a technician comes out to determine the problem. We pay our technicians by the hour, and they are highly skilled to do their job. We do not compensate them in such a way that they must sell new equipment. Many times they have to be the bearer of bad news and recommend the unit be upgraded. This decision oftentimes is a balance between: 1. The age and brand of the unit with its corresponding life expectancy 2. The cost for repair 3. The length of time the homeowner plans to live there. It is our job as professionals to educate our customers on their options, but ultimately, we will follow our customers decisions once they are made. Matthew Holtkamp

Could not be happier
Woke-up to no heat this a.m. and starting calling Carden who serviced by A/C before and got no respond. It's Sunday and snowing and cold. I called Holtkamp and he came out with-in 40 minutes and got my a/c working and was fair with price. I feel I got good honest service and will be useing them to service my a/c from now on.

Experienced professionals
Hot and cold spots in Home heating and cooling have been costly and ineffective for many years. The Holtkamp Team performed a thorough investigation of the causes and recommended and installed the system and zoning solutions to correct the problems. While I can only speak to the comfort so far,(efficiency TBD) we are very pleased with the results. This was the very Best experience we have had with extensive Home Imp work over the years. A Great Team.

Good, honest service
We had 4 HVAC companies out over 2yr period. None could fix our unit and 2 actually lied about problems and charged us for things that did not need repair. Finally found Holtkamp. They fixed our A/C in no time and did not use the opportunity to over-charge or sell things we did not need. They were prompt - 930am appt. - 928am arrival, neat - took all trash with them - and went above the call of duty by looking at other problems we have (and would have had in the future) that were caused by other incompetent HVAC companies. We would recommend this company to anyone!

Best Anywhere
This company installed a whole-house air purifier, hooked up a generator, and performs all of the regular maintenance and repair on my 2800 sq.ft. home. They have the most efficient and "schooled" technicians in the business. Very impressive. Always on time and very courteous.

Good service - I will call them back
Had a unit freezing up. Wasn't happy with a company I used last year. I called Holtkamp. The office called me and said the tech was on his way. I got held up and expected the tech to leave. He waited on me to arrive. He was very professional and courteous. I could tell he knew what he was doing and explained stuff to me on a level I could understand. He got me up and running. I haven't had a problem since! Great service. I would recommend this company to any of my friends!

Great people, great service
A dead airconditioner in Georgia in July is not a pleasant experience - fortunately dealing with Holtkamp was. Wonderful, professional people, great service, and cool cool air. I highly recommend this firm.
