I was in the market for a new home theater system due to finishing my basement. I asked around and was given EMC Security as a candidate who speciallizes in low voltage wiring. I was given excellent advice on my wiring and superior advice on my equipment choices. The helped me pick out my equipment and I am thrilled. The sound and picture are better than most theaters.

We have had emc security for approximately 9 years. We were robbed once through no fault of Emc. They did all they could to make us feel secure again. We have always had excellent service from them. They answer calls personally, and they always answer our questions and come out when we need them. Their response to alarms is prompt. Everyone has always been very courteous and informative. THEY ARE EXCELLENT! We wouldn't trust our home to anyone else.

We moved into our home over 8 years ago and have been loyal customers since. EMC Security provides the highest level of protection for our home and we have never been dissappointed with them. We have been extremely pleased with EMC Security. We recently moved into a new home and we couldn't have been happier with the customer service as well as the installation. The technician was so helpful and carefully explained how to use the system. We have accidentally set the alarm off several times and have been very impressed with the quick turn around from the response center. My security system makes me feel very safe in my new home. Thanks EMC!!

I can't help but wonder if it isn't friends and family who are writing the other reviews. To make a very long story short, each time I call I am required to hold for long amount of times, I'm always told they will call me back and no one ever does. When someone finally did come to my house he didn't have the proper tool and again said someone would reschedule the next day and no one ever called. I called again, stayed on hold again, they said they would have to call me back again.. I still haven't heard from anyone. I sure hope this isn't what they if someone ever breaks into a home. I would stay away from this company!

Recently had monitored alarm system installed. Couldn't have been more satisfied. The installer, John Livsey was on time, very courteous, went right to work, cleaned up after himself and did a top notch job. He then spent ample time showing us exactly how to use the system both in the manual and at the keypad. Later, we added another feature and Brett and Dave were both excellent in their response to us. People answer the phone, not a machine when you call the office. HIGHLY recommend EMC.

I am the kind of person who doesnt mind paying an extra buck for better service. When I initially decided to go with EMC Security, they were the cheapest in my analysis and in the back of my head I had a feeling that their service may not be up to par. In my technical comparision though, they were as good as the other guys. So I decided to go with them. I must say that the whole process went very well. Their customer service is great, their technician is great and their response is the best. Sometimes I forget to turn off the alarm before going out and instantly I get a call from them asking if everything is OK. That is a piece of mind I can count on.

I'm pleased with the customer service that I received from EMC Security. My first call to the office was answered by Melinda who was helpful,pleasant and knowledgeable. Keith was the tech assigned to handle my installation. He was on time,friendly and efficient. He took time to explain the system and he addressed my concerns. Working with EMC Security was a pleasure.

My husband and I recently had a great experience at the EMC Security office in Suwanee, GA. They were so informative and courteous. We are definitely fans of their operation and service!
