Outstanding people with Integrity
My family has 2 Volvo's, an XC90 and a V70. They truly understand the meaning of service, dependability, honesty and experience. We go to the Alpharetta branch and the people there are awesome. The mechanics are always up to date on the latest changes and their skills surpass the competition.

Trustworthy
These guys are the best. I am a single woman and trust these guys to do the right thing. They come up with ways to save money and repair instead of always replacing. They are great!!!!

Fast service, great customer service, great price
The Marietta facility just earned a new customer for life. They were able to fix the problem with my Volvo that Northpoint Volvo claimed was impossible to do. Needless to say, I am no longer taking my vehicle to Northpoint Volvo. Give this place a shot, you will be impressed as well!

High Priced
Been taking my Volvo to them for a few years. Latest time was quoted 1 price for service and charges twice what quoted.

As a business owner I am very concerned anytime a customer is less than fully satisfied with our services. I was at my Marietta store, in the shop area, when this customer picked up his car. I was not present at the service counter while he paid his bill, but I noticed him stop for several minutes in the parking lot and study his bill. I decided to approach him in the lot and ask if he had questions. He informed me that the bill was almost 3 times what he had expected and he was trying to figure out why it was so high. He alluded to a bad cell connection when authorizing the work with the service manager prior to having it done and stated perhaps he misunderstood the quote. I volunteered to check with the service manager and see if his bill was correct. The service manager told me he quoted the correct price but he also mentioned having a bad cell connection when discussing the work. At this point the customer was so upset he then said the service received was not worth the price paid regardless. I pointed out I thought that our prices were less than the dealership and proceeded to call one of the dealers on speaker phone while the customer was standing there. Unfortunately all we could get was phone mail after several attempts to reach a real person and get a quote. I told the customer I would pursue comparative pricing and call him later in the day, which I then did. One dealer quoted a price slightly lower than ours, but when questioned, admitted the quote did not include taxes, shop supplies, or disposal fees. Further questions revealed their complete price was almost 5% higher than ours. Another dealership quoted almost 25% higher than our price. This particular dealership is noted for quoting high and then offering a generous “discount”. Their discounted price was a little over 7% higher than ours. When I called the customer back that evening I explained that our price, which he sadly mis-heard, was in fact in line with our pricing policy of being slightly cheaper than the dealer while still offering a higher level of customer service. I also pointed out that it has always been our policy to quote the FULL price for our work. It is not a business building practice to misquote jobs if you want customers to return. Our business is dependent on repeat business. I pointed out that he had serviced his car with us six times over the past 2 years and this was the first time their had been any misunderstanding with him. While I agreed that prices for everything today (for both ourselves as well as our customers) are higher than any of us would like I did feel we had charged him fairly and saved him money over what he would have paid at a dealership. I regret that this customer felt so dissatisfied that he needed to give us our worst ever review on Kudzu, but I feel the problem was due to an honest misunderstanding.

Excellent Volvo Care
Professional Auto Service has always provided great service for a good price. The are friendly and curtious. They explain repairs so that a non-mechanicanical person, like me, can understand Tom M.

Dependable and Honest
In today's world it is hard to find a mechanic or Auto shop that does trustworthy and dependable work. This is one you can trust. From simple to not so simple... I trust taking my car in even without my husband with me... they are honest and no hidden costs.

Quick and Easy
I recently broke my side mirror as I was pulling out of my driveway. After duck tape was no longer sufficient, I finally decided to get it fixed. Professional Automotive Repair had very good service with fair prices. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Honest and reliable
We've been using these guys to service our cars for at least 8 years. They used to be Volvo only, but now they've expanded to service all makes of cars. We get the same super service for our Toyota and old VW that we're used to for our old Volvo. They always call and tell us exactly what the problem is, and never make us feel like if we don't agree to everything, the car will fall immediately apart. They let us know what's urgent, and what part of any repair can be put off. If the same problem arises again, they redo the service free until the problem is solved. They're great at figuring out weird car issues. You've heard the Car Talk guys? Well, this is them in person.

Over the Top Service!!
Recently I hit a curb in the early morning and managed to blow out both my front & rear tires and cause heavy damage to the rims! My car was towed to Professional Auto Repair and within a short period of time I received a call from Alan who carefully explained to me the damage I had incurred and what it was going to take to repair. This was the first of many calls I received as Alan did a phenomenal job of keeping me in the loop. He worked with the insurance inspector & surfed the internet to find parts that would fit my budget. This is the kicker though...he went to a specialty auto parts dealer to find rims for my car. With his cell phone camera he sent pictures of each rim that was available! How cool! Talk about going out of his way to make me feel special and to get the job done right!! Thank you Alan and the mechanics that put my car back together!!
