Had a Squirrel problem so I went searching for a company who could solve my issue. I contacted the top three companies and Chemical was one of them. One of the three, tried to upsale me to a tune of twice the cost and the other just failed. They sent me a employee who wasn't qualified to give me an estimate on my squirrel issue. Chemical Technologies was perfect. They evaluated my house, provided a solution and a fair price. On top of that they guaranteed a 3 year warranty. No other companies does this. The most they provide was 1 year. If you have a squirrel issue, call these guys.

James came into my home today and immediately made me feel comfortable letting a stranger into my home. He was extremely professional and very friendly. He took the time to tell me a little bit about him and what I could expect from him and his services. I truly appreciate him displaying customer service to me like that in a time where there seems to be so little of it!!! Thanks James!!!

James is wonderful to work with. He is very informative and friendly. He goes above and beyond our pest control needs. We have had Chem Tech for about 3 years and they have never let us down. James is so easy to work with our schedules and when it does not work he has our code to come in and takes care of things for us. Wonderful Company

James the Tech came to my house and explained, in detail, everything I needed to know about pest control. He was friendly and knowledgeable and worked real hard. I would recomend Chemical Technologies to anyone. Ask for James, he was wonderful.

We contacted Chemical Technologies when we read their kudzu reviews and Justin came out to our home. He was very professional and drove a long way to get to us on his day off. He even helped me tape up an A/C duct when we were in the crawl space. He was very thorough. Initial price and continued treatment prices are very fair. We had a second visit because our german cockroach population was fairly large and they're hard to kill off. Ben came the second time and was equally professional. They back the service for 90 days so the second visit was free, and if we still have problems they'll come again. We're definitely going to sign up for their quarterly treatment option. Thanks for the excellent customer service!

We installed a nice wooden playset in our shady backyard, but couldn't use it because of the ferocious mosquitoes. A friend suggest Chemical Technologies, and I am so glad she did. Our technician, Clifford, is always prompt and professional. On our first visit, he carefully explained to me what he'd be doing to treat our yard. We were AMAZED at the results. The level of mosquitoes was reduced by at least 90 percent, even with such a wet summer! We have our backyard back! I'd highly recommend Clifford and Chemical Technologies to anyone.

James was very friendly, prompt and took the time to explain and educate me about my problem, what he was putting down to treat it and how it works. I have a small baby and 2 pets, so that was a concern for me. He was very professional and friendly. I hope I don't have to call for an exterminator again, however I would definitely use Chemical Technologies again if the need arises.
