David Cunningham-JP504722 came out to perform a same day service at my home. From start to finish my overall experience with Superior Plumbing was GREAT! Cheryl scheduled my appointment. She was patient, very friendly, and thorough with explaining what would take place. David arrived at the time the dispatcher stated he would. David was VERY professional and clean! He maintained his professionalism and patience while trying to find the cause of my issue. I've had awful, dirty experiences with plumbers in the past. But NOT with Superior. I am VERY pleased with the overall service. I would recommend them to anyone. I'm keeping them on speed dial for sure. :)

What a pleasure to have servicemen arrive at your door on time, clean, neatly dressed, and ready to fix your problem. I can honestly recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber.

I had Brandon Thompson come to my house twice. The first visit he helped me save a lot of money and when it came time to do a big replacement, he did it proficiently and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use him in the future for all my plumbing mishaps

Brandon Thomspon was terrific. He is an honest, personable, down to earth guy. We called Roto-Rooter out to our house first. The technician for Roto-Rooter was very unpleasant and attempted to use scare tactics to sell us on services that we did not need. We called Superior for a 2nd opinion. Brandon Thompson came out to our house and fixed our problem without trying to up sell us anything. His service was impeccable. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Superior is the only plumbing service that I will ever use!

A leaky floor seal on a toilet prompted us to call SPS. After examining the problem Superior was able to offer us a money saving option to replace the existing one with a new water-saving model for only slightly more than repairing the old one. We liked it so well that we replaced two other less economical models as well.

I had a plumbing emergency today and Superior came right out, on time and were very pleasant. They repaired my plumbing problem and their price was very fair. A special thanks to Brandon--who was just stellar. Thanks Superior--I plan to use you for all my plumbing needs going forward. I guve you "six" stars!!!!

I used Superior Plumbing on three different occasions for various plumbing problems. They are honest, diligent in their work, and down-to-earth in their approach with the customer.
I've put their phone # in my cell phone for furture plumbing needs.

I had a leak under my sink. Superior was at my home in just over an hour, and they fixed it perfectly. They also alerted me to a small leak that had been present for a while. Due to this leak, there was some mold under the sink that we were unaware of. Thanks to Superior, we are not only leak free, but we are also in the process of getting rid of the mold. Thank you, Superior, for your excellent work, as well as protecting the health of my family.

I had a leak in a faucet and called another plumber to fix. He immediately stated I need a register as well on the main line. First quote was for $430. Got into the job and found that he could not do it the way he thought and now the price is $750.

So I called Superior for a second opinion and said they could send one out within 3 hours for $47.50. When I mentioned I found them through a booklet called "Home Reports" they said they would waive that fee.

What a relief!
