They worked on my computer without my consent, I went in for a diagnostic test of my computer and instead I ended up with a 400 dollar bill for a repair I didn't ask for. Not only that, in the process of "fixing" my computer they damaged my DVD player which worked perfectly fine before it went in -they refused to fix it or look at it. They took no responsibility.

those whom are giving them perfect score are probably working for the company and faking the ratings scores online.

My laptop hard drive was clicking so I called Daystar. The lady who answered the phone told me immediately that the drive was probably dead, but that another company they work in tandem with might be able to help at this point. I appreciated her honesty and thanked her for it--they saved me a trip and the extra money they could have charged to do nothing, and instead pointed me immediately in the right direction to get help. Integrity and ethics like this are rare nowadays, and I'll definitely go to them next time I need a computer repair. Thanks so much!!

My wife and I had some type of virus on desktop. Searched Kudzu and neighbors recommended "Daystar" Called Jason and Jess at "Daystar" on Saturday morning and they told me to bring in desktop - they fixed/cleaned out virus within 5 minutes compared to bellsouth help desk(2 hours - and bellsouth did NOT fix virus). Jason and Jess also recommended increase my RAM - desktop is now FAST. I also had them increase my RAM on laptop the following week - FAST as well. Gary(owner) and his team did NOT try and oversell you on things you do not needAs for prices, I believe they are fair and do not take advantage of customer. Highly recommened Gary and his team. Nice guy guys!!!

I have used these guys for many years. They know computers inside and out, especially the Mac. They always seem to find ways to save me money. They are in it for the long term relationship. It's also great to not have to wait in line at some big box store. These also know how to use computers in home and business, the whole solution including software, so know what kind of computer or peripheral you need, or where the problem is in your setup. I am amazed at how much they know about publishing, video and graphics. Really top notch people (and no relation)

For sales or service this is the best I found for one-one-one expert help. After trying Best Buy's Geek Squad, Office Depot experts, Office Max's Teen Team, the Apple Store is okay, searching the net and Googling is for the birds. I wish I had found Daystar Technology first. I am not only a repeat customer, I recommend them not only to my friends, but to everyone. Drop-in, at home, your business, or where ever, I think for sales, or service they will be hard to beat.

I work for RZIM a non profit ministry and we needed a high end Mac. Gary from Daystar helped us out! He and the company were effitiant, friendly and have wonderful support. We found out not just for Mac computers but for PCs as well. They offer continued support with continued great customer service. I recommened this company to any one anywhere!!!!!
