Allgood Pest Solutions

Allgood is appropriately named! We had an awful ant problem, infestation actually, and our previous service was quite lacking - only making the ant problem worse. Allgood came to our rescue. They invested the time and expertise and we are ant-FREE now. Our servicer is so wonderful my children think he is part of the family. Their pricing is very reasonable as well.

My home is being serviced by the Piedmont Rd/Marietta office and Jermaine is our technician.
I was impressed how the initial service went. We started Pest Control and found out we have rats in the attic. Jermaine set some traps and 3 days later, a trap has been activated. Jermaine is coming back out to take care of it for us.
Jermaine is polite and professional and we look forward to many years of great service from him.

I had my first treatment about 3 weeks ago. Everyone I've dealt with at Allgood (support people on the phones, the person who came to give me an initial assessment and see if they could help with my problem, and the exterminater himself) have been *fabulous* to deal with - extremely competent, professional, and helpful. The exterminator who came for my first treatment was great - he was extremely detail-oriented and thorough, identified and treated some problem areas, answered all my questions, and covered everything that needed to be covered. It's 3 weeks later, and my very scary added-on room, that had a huge pile of large, dead bugs (ick!) - is now bug free! I can actually use my downstairs again (I was basically living entirely upstairs.) I'm thrilled with Allgood, and would recommend them in a second to anyone who needs helping dealing with bugs. (And thanks Allgood, I wish I had called you guys sooner!!!)

I can't say enough about the excellence of Allgood's service and the professionalism of their staff. The people who come to your home are on time, pleasant, and efficient. The office staff is extremely helpful and the phone is answered by a real, live person. I never want to use anyone else!!

Completely happy with the service, responsiveness, and effort of this company. Have no reservations in recommending them for your home or commercial pest needs.

They must have many great technicians, judging by their great overall rating, but have to say we feel very lucky to have Sam H for our needs!

We've been a customer of this company for 4 years now and we've been nothing but completely satisfied with their services and especially with their route mgr that services our home. Completely courteous, willing to accommodate any and every schedule and completely discreet, too! The residential services we've chosen is only every quarter, but if we've had any issue with an excess of pests (Nature likes to mess with us humans) then this company is great about coming out to handle the clean-up.

We have used Allgood since 1998 and have been more than pleased. It is nice that our technicians have not changed much over this period of time. We appreciate that they are prompt, clean and courteous. The office help is extremely helpful and anxious to please. The appointment cards are very helpful. We appreciate the customer service levels Allgood has to offer. Thank you!

They are true professionals, will answer all of your pest control questions (even those you think are dumb) and leave you with the peace of mind that they are as interested in protecting your home as you are. If you want the best pest control experience around I encourage you to try Allgood pest solutions. They are professional, curtious, on time, and satisfaction is their priority. I switched to them because of a bad experience by another company. I am an Allgood customer for life.
