Reece is a miracle worker. As banks are restricting loans Reece was able to figure out a way for me to get two mortgages. He was working late nights, weekends, and over holidays. He always was immediate in returning calls and answering questions no matter how small they were. I would not hesitate to use Reece again and would highly recommend him if you are considering obtaining a mortgage or refinancing.

I got the information and mortgage product I needed. Reece Cohen knows what he's doing and is great at explaining the options succinctly and accurately. Then he gets things done. He was tremendously responsive by email and phone with quick turnaround.

Reece Cohen is a real pro in the mortgage business. Over the course of my lifetime I've obtained ten mortgage loans, sometimes from large mortgage companies, and sometimes from small firms. Without a doubt, Reece and the SMS team are the best folks I have ever worked with. In fact, I am now a repeat customer With SMS I twice received the highest caliber of service and advisement while obtaining the lowest possible rates on my mortgage loans.

We found out 2 days before closing that our loan wasn't happening and we had to scramble to get a new loanThank goodness we found Reece! He got our loan closed in a week and even had a better loan product than the original mortgage we were going to get. He did exactly what he said he would do and that counts big time in my book!

I'm not sure where to begin praising Reece for the services he provided us. I can't list every notable deed he preformed during the process of securing a mortgage for our first home, there's too many. In short, Reece was willing to make things happen on extremely short notice. He put us in the driver's seat so we could steer an earlier closing date and secured us an interest rate that will earn him a well deserved, monthly nod. I'll go out of my way to recommend him.

I worked with Reece Cohen to refi my ATL home while I was living abroad. Reece was great to work with, and helped me handle all the nuances of getting this done from 10,000 miles away. He definitely provided 5 Star Service all the way through the process. Would highly recommend!

I worked with Reece Cohen on a refinancing my home and I would highly recommend his service. Reece was able to find lower rates and lower closing costs of any other mortgage broker. He was knowledgeable, and able to navigate a very complex refi that involved paying off multiple loans. Reece is responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely work with Reece again.
