The clinic is dirty. You pay upfront and then when I wanted a bill one cannot be produced. Clinic is fifthy and dirty. Do not come here.

My review is similar to many others on here, but I must write it. I went to this dentist on a Saturday because my regular dentist was not open. I had been in pain all week and it became very very severe on Saturday. They charged me up front for x-rays that they did not use, and then took advantage of the late hour and the situation to convince me to agree to a root canal. To this day I am not sure I needed it. I paid for them to start and finish the root canal. Once they started it, I realized that they would force me to purchase a $1200 crown from them, or they would not finish the root canal. On Monday I came on this site and was terrified. I'm still mad at myself for not checking Kudzu sooner. I did not return and attempted to get my money back for the second half of the root canal procedure. It has been a 3 month battle between the dentist and my credit card company. They have the most riciulous paperwork that I had to sign that is basically them totally stealing your money. Do Not Go To This Place. All of the other posts on here are correct: they are only out for your money and do not care about proper care or your well being.

This has to be the worst experience I had with a dentist my whole entire life! I don't even know where to beginI recevied a root canal which they NEVER completed..they refused to complete it so I am walking around with un uncomplete root canal for the past year. They a habitual telemarketers and they call me once a week for a cleaning even though I have told them I don't want their services anymore. Yes this place is filthy and cramped!!!! Today I received an unauthorized payment from my checking account for $25. When I called and asked they could not tell me why they charged me $25. Today was the last straw!! I called the Better Business Bureau on them and filed a complaint for harassment and unauthorized charges. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

STAY AWAY!!!!!

So many reasons not to go here! They charge for services they do not perform. They sent me to a collection agency b/c they were to lazy to send me a bill. And they currently owe me money and I'm pretty sure they will do whatever possible to get out of paying. But, if I owed them money it would be a totally different story. Dr. P is down right mean and the staff changes every month b/c they cannot hire competent people. Save your money and don't go here.

The dentist in charge, doctor padolsky, along with the front desk are very manipulative and will do anything to extract as much money from you.
The office is filthy. The dental tools and chair/lights were broken. They definitely lie and try to cheat you!

Stay away!

Horrible billing experience and unprofessional staff. The office is small, cramped and too open. Completely incompetent accounting staffI needed an emergency service for which I had to pay out of pocket. They do NOT accept dental insurance on the weekends. They misfiled the claim and gave me the run around for several months regarding reimbursement of fees that I and my insurance company both paid them. Ultimately, I had to get my insurance company and credit card company involved to get a resolution. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT!

Went for emergency work and almost walked out when I arrived and saw how small, cramped -dingy it was. Wish I had - but I needed work immediately. The rude staff takes a backseat to being bullied into an overpriced dental plan - some of it unnecessary. They are criminals.

I wish I would've read this before I went in as an emergency patient. Rude, small, filthy office with incompetent staff. They are very expensive and tried to manipulate me to get services that I don't think I need. I am NEVER returning here.

I had a crown come off over the weekend and found this office open on a Saturday. After being told to come in immediately, I was subjected to a long wait. After a set a panoramic x-rays ($$$) the dentist took a quick glance at my mouth and told me that I needed a new crown. He wouldn't even take the current crown off to look at it! (I had put it back in after it had fallen out.) The next day I saw a acquaintance who happens to be a dentist. He was shocked at how this dentist and office had behaved and said it sounded like these folks are out to get as much money as possible from their patients. This confirmed my earlier suspicions and will not be returning to them.

Be aware this place is all about money. Went there for routine annual check up and cleaning because it is close to where I work and live. The hygienist who clean my teeth don't have the professional respect, is rude and of all Dr Padolsky is very unprofessional. Don't have time to examine and talk to you but takes a panoromic picture and starts talking about cosmetic procedures. Bills for services they didn't perform. Won't advise any one to go to this dentist office!
