We love our new truck
My wife and I really love our new truck. Sure its a lot like our Tahoe we traded in, but it is a lot more upscale. It is much more luxurious, quiet and more powerful. Thanks to everyone at Jim Ellis, Jeff Waugh, Mark Shaw, the GM, and you for all your help in making it smooth and easy. I've said it before, but I am a repeat Jim Ellis customer. Looking forward to getting a new Camaro soon. Thanks again,

Great Experience
My family has bought 7 cars from you over the years. We have always been very satisfied with your service and the good deals you offer. You've only been beat on price one time over the years, and looking back I would have paid the $400.00 more to buy from you rather than Bill Heard (now out of business). Great Service in 2009
"Three (3) words or rather 1 name, Vladimir! Vladimir! Vladimir! He is the best! Clone him. He takes care of me as a customer & he takes care of my car. Over the 3 years, I feel like I am at the right place at the right time getting my car serviced. He demonstates how customers expect & want to be treated. He is smart, knowledgeble, efficient, courteous, patient, and delivers the results through the service center with good communication. I drove my car on a 2 hr trip and could feel the difference in how it drove. There is a level of comfort & satisfaction having your car fixed, taken care of, and working properly. (Oil change, tire rotation, brake light replaced, keys fixed, & speed odometer fixed) Thank You Again, P.S. Recently at a gas pump, a mother & her daughter in a BMW asked how I liked my Mailbu. I said, "I loved it"! She & her mom had just taken a test drive @ Jim Ellis in a Malibu. I had a 10 minute conversation answering their questions about why I liked my car. I remember telling them how great you guys at Jim Ellis are. They will take care of you & you will be in good hands. My Malibu purchase was the best car experience ever.--Chip Ayers"

Outstanding Internet Transaction!
I recently purchased a used 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan. The salesman did an outstanding job making it very painless and quick; responding to my internet inquiry the very next morning, bringing the vehicle to me the very next day. Negotiated the deal over the phone and all I had to do was apply for credit using the “easy to use” internet credit application. Once submitted, I was contacted by Don within a couple of hours letting me know that my credit was approved and what kind of interest rate and payments I could expect on the used Dodge. The great salesmanship didn’t stop there. Don brought the vehicle to my job in Villa Rica, GA the next day for a test drive and demonstration of the car features. Since I liked the vehicle, and more importantly, the service, I agreed to purchase the Dodge. I gave him copies of driver’s license and a down payment and he brought me my new vehicle the next day.

Sick Corvettes

Great experience
I was very happy with my experience with Jim Ellis Chevrolet. I was treated very fairly and with respect (being female that isn't always the case with car dealers) and most importantly I got a great new SUV for a great price!

We'll "under diagnose" it and take you to the bank
I agree with "Trustmeonthis". I took my car in for a stalling issue. They told me it was my A/C compressor; they changed it for $1200. I picked it up the following day, got 100 yards from the dealership and it stalled again. They then told me it was my catalytic converter. So for another $1200 they would fix the problem (they were so kind to offer the second "under diagnosed" problem for half price). I ended up changing the CAT at a midas and sure enough it wasn't the culprit. It ended up being a $0.10 piece of hose that connected to the MAP sensor. long story short, don't trust them. I just finished a case through the BBB and I lost because they "stood by their decision". They admitted fault to everything but that was it; don't get taken to the bank; typically i don't take my car to a dealership for this exact reason. horrible service all around. They're positively incorrect.

The Best Customer Service Experience!
Two weeks ago I was involved in a car collision my vehicle was totaled by a drunk driver. I informed James Clark that I was interested in the Blue Chevy Cobalt that I had seen on the internet, and from that moment James did everything he could to get me into the car that I had fell in love with. He didn't use the regular "Car Salesman" tactics, but rather his approach was very friendly and I could tell that James genuinely cared and my situation mattered to him. Last Friday, I explained to James that I had until this Tuesday to find a car. I thought this was impossible, however James thought the opposite. I stopped by the dealership that afternoon after work, and in my mind I thought I would just be going for a test drive. I arrived at the dealership by 6:00PM and I drove my new car off of the lot around 8PM. James Clark provided me with an exceptional experience! He was friendly and efficient but what mattered most was that I, the customer mattered to him. If I ever need another car, or if I know of anyone who has to purchase a car I will definitely refer them to James Clark because he makes buying a car, "the best car buying experience like no other".

Easiest car purchase ever!
A dealership unlike any other I every dealt with. I found the car I wanted on their web site, got a quote over the phone, went in drove the car, did the paperwork, exactly as quoted, and drove out with my new car. Great salesman, too!
