A Pleasure to Work with
I selected Primacy Mortgage from the slew of available companies in Georgia for one reason: all the information I'd read in researching them said they provided a very personal, hands-on experience. Working with someone who was handling my mortgage directly and knew what was going on in the process was very important to me.
What I found in Primacy was all that and more. I relied on Tara Ryan completely to keep things moving and to know not only her business but my specific process as well. She was paying attention & nailed the rate I wanted before it spiked. When I had questions (and I had a lot of them) she had answers.
When you plan to spend a few hundred thousand dollars, it's essential to know where it's going and what it's going to. Primacy knew and made sure I knew as well. Exceptional service all around.

There is a reason they are #1
Tara Ryan and the team at Primacy are great to work with! In both their professionalism and their very courteous service, they made me feel very comfortable with the sometimes overwhelimg process of re-financing a home. This is the 2nd time I've worked with Primacy (they helped with the initial financing on my home), and so can unreservedly give my highest endorsement. You won't be disappointed if you work with Primacy!

Highly Recommended
My work with Primacy was an excellent one. I have no complaints about the process, as they were almost always available (even after hours) to answer my questions and alleviate my concerns. I don't plan to move for many years, but I would recommend them to my friends and family in the future. Thanks Tara and Natalie.

The Best Home Buying Experience Ever!

Primacy takes the stress out of the current market
Thank you so much for all the personal attention you showed us. I really appreciate you acquainting us with the FHA program that provides for tax incentives for parents helping a child buy a home for his residence. We would have never known about this. I also really appreciate all the extra effort you put into building our son's credit rating so that he could be included on the loan. Buying a house in the current market is very stressful. Thanks for alleviating a lot of that stress by being responsive to all our questions and needs.
