Staff is respectful, friendly, professional
This is one of the few businesses I deal with where the staff can make decisions. We've even had one stick her neck out for us, when my dh had to travel unexpectedly and a very large check had not yet cleared. Based on our history, she cleared the check herself. Our last bank repeatedly shortchanged us. What a difference! Only downside is the long drive, but it's worth it!
