I've been a happy customer for 3-4yrs, and I refuse to call anyone else to take care of my carpets. I have black cats and beige carpet throughout the house, and Tyson always makes my carpet look & smell new again. His courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail are excellent.

He was on time. He did the job that he said he'd do (and then some). He communicated very well (even called ahead of time for arrival) and he charged a very reasonable price. My wife and I are pleased and would recommend him to most anyone.

I hired Tyson to come and clean our carpets prior to us moving out. He showed up exactly on time and was done in an hour. I kept clarifying the price b/c I couldn't believe how affordable he was. I paid exactly what I was quoted and was never asked for another dime. Several days later the carpets still looked great and no stains reappeared! Thank you so much!

We contacted this company due to Kudzu review and were not disappointed. He was prompt, even assisted in moving some of the furniture,explained everything clearly, did the job, made no attempts to talk us into additional work or charge more than expected. We agree with others' recommendations and will request his services again.

We have 3 dogs and a 2 yr old, and Tyson was on time and FAST! Our carpet (off white) looks brand new. We thought our den carpet was a goner, and were just trying to keep it somewhat clean until we replaced it down the road, but Tyson got all the juice, dirt, dog hair, etc. stains out. We will use him over and over. And, the price can't be beat! Use him, you will not regret it.

My wife and I have been using Dirty Harry's and Tyson for over 2 years. When we found Tyson on Kudzu, we were new to home ownership and we had very little money to spend on services. Tyson impressed us from minute 1. He is a hard worker and he is the best carpet cleaner ever! We will not use ANYONE ELSE! Tyson does our carpets 2x a year because we have a very dirty dog! Each time I call to schedule, he is ready and willing to work. Dirty Harry's is awesome!
