An Honest and Helpful Company
As a recent victim of the '09 flood I had to replace my entire system. I had used Brucker before and was glad to see that they held the same standards for replacement as they had done for repair. I recommended the company to several people in my subdivision and Brucker was able to get all of us up and running in just a few days. They worked long and hard and did a great job.

A compassionate and honest company
I am a victim of the recent flooding in Powder Springs. I would highly recommend Brucker HVAC due to their quality of their services and value of their units. Carl was willing to work with me on a schedule to fix my unit that was competely under water. Their technicians were very hard working and completed the job in a very timely manner. Thanks to Brucker HVAC, I am a very happy customer and loving my new unit! Again, I would highly recommend this great company.

Another happy customer
After a long planning stage I had finally reached the point of replacing the entire heating and A/C in a recently purchased home.

I received several offers from other providers but Brucker HVAC was the first one that gave me options. Their offer included a complete range of units from the cheapest to the most expensive with the possibility to mix and match, and they explained in detail what each component did and what it cost.

From this large array I was able to select exactly what I wanted at an appropriate price.

On installation day the team worked until late in the evening on this difficult job, completing enough to ensure the house was comfortable until they could finish the following day.

Once everything was done, they took the time to explain the setup and how everything works.

They had to return to complete some minor details and once again they answered my questions and went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. They even corrected some minor cosmetic things that didn't influence the operation but made the entire system "look" good.

In all I can say I am very happy with the work this company did and I recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done.

Professional Install and Value Pricing
My 10 yo HVAC systems needed replacing and upgraded. Carl gave me an estimate and answered all of my questions very frankly. He made sure I understood what he was quoting and explained what the benefits were to the system he planned on installing.Brucker HVAC's price was very competetive and Carl gave me a quick install date once I selected his company to provide the equipment and install. His employees were dedicated, professional and I feel I definitely got value in the services provided. I was extremely impressed with both the York equipment and the quality of service I was shown by both he and his employees!

Great Company
Carl and his company have been servicing my home environmental systems for years and I have always been completely satisfied. My 17 yr old downstairs AC unit died recently. Carl saved me almost 1/3 of the cost of a new unit by finding a new, warranteed unit that had some cosmetic blemishes, but otherwise was new.

The Best Service,Friendly and Fast Response
I called several companies and everyone told me that,They were a week to two week's out as far getting someone out to check my system. When Bobby arrived, he inspected my system top to bottom. When he was done inspecting my system,He told me, I had a freon leak and due to the age,It would be wise to replace my system.Instead of keep putting freon in it. He gave me several options of fixing it,and I chose to replace it. Brucker HVAC has a fast and friendly crew and they quickly to satisfy my needs and install my new system in the same week. I will highly refer them to other's.

Please keep the fact straight
I felt that Brucker did not really fix or find the real cause of the problem. We fixed the problem(changed the malfunctioning thermostat). They cleaned the AC and should have charged just that. The AC was about one or two years old. While it had a problem upstairs where the thermostat was it was blowing very cool air downstairs. There was really no need to fill the $90 refrigerant R-. When they called the 1st time for payment while the problem was still not fixed I let them know I would not pay until the problem was fixed. Tuesday night I got words from the tenant that AC was working fine and pay them the full amount $404 on Wednesday.

I also felt that Brucker was totally focus on collecting money and not at all on making sure that problem was taken care of.

You can tell what kind of company it is from the way the company answers the complains. If a company argues with customers to the point to twist the fact, you ask yourself if you would use this company.

PS. We bought a nice thermostat at Walmart for $20 and spent 20 minutes to install. It works. We don’t need warranty. When it stops working we can just change another one. It beats $150 to $300 Brucker had quoted when they tried to collect payment while the problem was not fixed.

We were contacted by this customer, a land lord. Our rates were clearly stated up front upon the initial incoming call at $85.00/hr. The Landlord called us back agreeing to our terms of service, after calling around to other companies. We diagnosed part of the problem was a defective thermostat, which was some off brand. The other problem was that the filter (2400 Aprilaire media filter) had not been changed in a long tme, matted with dog hair, the condenser coil was so dirty that they were close to losing their condenser because of the high pressure it was running at, and the unit was low on R22 over 2 lbs. We literally had to comb the coil fins of all the grass cuttings and dirt, prior to cleaning the coil with heavy duty coil cleaner, none which can not be bought at a local home depot or hardware store. We also repaired the floor vent which had a gaping 1" hole around one side of the supply boot. It was evident that this system was very, very poorly maintained. There was dog hair in the vents and needed cleaning. The basement smelled like dog urine, and our technician was concerned for his own health. The IAQ in this home is questionable for the tenants health! Unfortunately we ran out of thermostats on our truck and was planning to install one in the morning. The landlords tenant called us the next day to praise and thank us for fixing his unit during this sweltering heat, and said his system was operating perfectly. He had the decency to call us and let us know he had a thermostat installed by the landlord, and we did not need to come by. We always install HONEYWELL thermostats that provide a 2-year to 5-year warranty (depending upon the model)and we have had a success rate of 99.9% without any defects. Most customers/ tenants preferred programmable thermostats for energy savings, with a larger display. $20.00 for thermostats....I am interested to know what brand this is? and am sure it is a very inferior quality. This work was completed on 6/19/09. We had to call the landlord 4 x and left messages, during one call the landlord rudely hung up the phone on us during midstream in our conversation, knowing we were calling for payment and to confirm the work we had completed. We finally recieved payment on 6/24/09. We are sorry this land lord is dis-satisfied; however, the tenant was extremely happy and cool, and we extended the life of the landlords 10-SEER R-22 condensing unit, which was what the landlord originally hired us to do....to fix the problem(s)!

Outstanding.
Carl is one of the best in residental HVAC. We just replace our HVAC with a new two ton unit and 60,000 btu furnace. Carl solve several problems. First, the old furnace was oversized causing it to cyle on and off all the time. The proper sized furnace improved the heating and saved in fuel cost. Second, Carl pointed out that we did not have enough return air in our upstairs unit. Not having enough return air cause the poor heating and cooling in several rooms. We increased the return air and it was a major difference. I would recommend Carl Brucker HVAC- SJM Acworth, GA

Best Quality in Atlanta
Brucker HVAC is not your average HVAC company. Carl the owner is a mechanical engineer by trade with a wealth of operations experience. He is also a perfectionist and holds his employees accountable for their work. Carl will stand behind his company's work 100%. Brucker has completed many commercial and residential jobs to my satifaction. I highly reccommend them for any type of HVAC service.
