Very Thorough and professional Home Inspector!
It took me a few days to write this, but am glad that I am getting to it. Mike Parkman is a really great home inspector. He is every buyers dream inspector, especially 1st tiem home buyers. HIs wife Glenda is also very helpful and informative. I will definitely be referring them to my friends.

Thorough, professional, and friendly. Mike's skills are top notch and reliable. I'm new to Georgia and when I wanted a home inspection for the townhome I'm purchasing, several realtors recommended Mike. His report was detailed, professional, and easy to understand and reference. Thanks Mike!

Excellent Service! Mike is the best.
I searched for several home inspectors during my due diligence period and I was blown away with the reviews for Parkman Home Inspections, LLC on Kudzu. It seemed too good to be true, but I received the exact service that the client testimonials described. Mike was extremely professional and thorough. He explained the entire process to me and answered all of my questions. As a first time home owner, I was a bit overwhelmed, but Mike put me at ease and helped me understand all of the aspects of owning a home. I would recommend Parkman HI to anyone purchasing or selling a home. Thanks again Mike!

A job well done in home inspection.
I am very please with the work that Mr. Parkman has done. The new home inspection was performed in details, professional, and thoroughly. He was able to explain and clear my concern. I had a peaceful mind after the inspection was done. I believe that he did not miss any spot of the house.

Thorough, professional, and great price
I was very pleased with my experience with Parkman Home Inspections. I had a last minute request for scheduling a pre-drywall inspection, so I called to check availability and said I would confirm when I heard back from the builder. Glenda volunteered to coordinate everything with the builder and took care of everything from there! On the day of inspection, Mr. Parkman waited at the end of the day while I was stuck in traffic to meet him at the building site to review the report. The inspection was comprehensive, and the report was very thorough and easy to understand. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. I will definitely be using Parkman Home Inspections for my final inspection, and recommend them highly!

Fantastic Experience
We couldn't have asked for a better home inspection experience. Glenda, who schedules the appointments, is wonderfully pleasant and quite knowledgeable. She even took it upon herself to ensure all the utilities were on. Mike was completely thorough in his 5+ hour inspection, going out of his way to make sure we understood all his findings. We highly recommend this team!

Highly Recommended
My wife and I are first time home buyers and have no clue on the technical details of the house.
We hired him for a pre-drywall inspection to look at our new construction house for peace-of-mind and also to educate ourselves.
Mr. Parkman was very detailed in his report. It took him 3.5 hrs to inspect the home. During the whole process, he explained to me the purpose of the pipe electrical wiring, why certain structures are constructed in a certain way. I certainly learned a lot during that visit.
Although the builder did a very good with the house, he was still able to find some minor issues which needed to be addressed.
Overall, I am quite happy with his level of service and would recommend him to anyone.

Peace of Mind
Mr. Parkman was very detailed and methodical in the inspection of my future home. I was expecting him to take at least 1 1/2 hours on the inspection. He was there for 3 hours and spent 30 minutes with me going over every detail of the inspection report. If you’re looking for an excellent and professional home inspector, he’s the man!
