When I found myself without a job after 12 years with the same company, I realized I was ill-prepared to begin and conduct an efficient search and that was extremely unsettling. Richard helped me focus my energy in the right places, organize my days for maximum impact, and taught me the ins and outs of the unique Atlanta job marketplace. He also coached me to do a lot of up front preparation that was invaluable when I made contact with potential employers via phone, at a networking function, or in an interview.
Because of the preparation, I was never caught off guard when asked a question and always had "the right answer." The result?
