Ackerman Security Systems

Found out that the battery they sold me, even though mine was still working, at $57 only costs $29 at Batteries Plus - where they buy them! TOTAL PRICE GOUGING.

When service went out took over a week to get someone scheduled to take a look. Thanks for the security!

I had just bought my first home and was clueless when it came to security systems. David Hendrix - The consultant came to house to inform me of prices and how everything worked. He advised that because this is my first house I will also need to register my alarm. He worked with me and advised what options are best to save money and be the most secure. 9 months later I am finally writing the review and still very pleased with their service.

Martin Kiker made me feel very informed and took a lot of time explaining the optional services available to me. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I have since recommended Ackerman to my family and friends.

I called Ackerman, had a rep (Marty Kiker) out within a few days. I had to get new equipment because I had Brinks before, and I got the radio system - which is a bit more but is better. Service was great, Marty was great - and they installed / set me up the next day!

Beaware of the fine prints in the contract. After 3 years of initial contract they increase ur price and you still cannot get out of contract. I have called several times and they say I am stuck in contract and they cannot do anything about it.

Mr Martin Kiker, a professional representative gave my husband and I informative security concepts to use for future updates, when we are able to do so. We're happy that we agreed to switched to Ackerman Security Systems.

I've had Ackerman Security in my current home for the last 5 to 6 yrs, after being disappointed by ADT. Service has always been great. Monitoring center calls immediately if the alarm goes off. So without hesistant, they're the only company I considered for my new home. The new place already had a system, but Mike Kiker,Senior Security Consultant, advised of improvements I'd not considered that made sense. He didn't try selling me equipment I didn't need. Really a no non-sense type of person, and very helpful. I really appreciated that. Great company, Great people, and the rates have remained the same $18.95 since I've been with them. I'd recommend to anyone, and have done so often.
