Suwanee Dental Care

I have gone to other dentists located in the Suwanee area but have been extremely disappointed in both their service and attitudes. The Suwanee Dental Care is a step above from the moment you walk in. Their staff if friendly and it shows in their demeanors how much they love their jobs and the dentists they work for. Dr. Williams is the BEST Dentist I have every gone to. He is gentle, kind and understanding as well as knowledgeable. He goes over and above the treatment I have received in the past! Go once - and you will be a believer like I am!!!!!

Dr Williams has taken care of my and my children's dental needs for years. He is the kind of dentist you search for for years and know is out there somewhere. He cares and it shows in his work and the time he's willing to spend with you to achieve the best possible results. I would not consider going anywhere else. A huge THANK YOU to Dr. Williams and his staff from the Brooks family.

I was in the market for a new dentist, and after researching, decided to try Suwanee Dental care. Impressive building, cool features, and my cleaning went well. There are a few things that are bothering me about them, though. First, I have had to have three visits, and have had no work done. My fillings would have been my fourth visit. Being a Mom with young kids, it has been a real pain for me to get childcare for all those visits. First visit was to get a tour of the office and have the doc look in my mouth. The next visit was to have a cleaning. The next visit was to have a consultation, and my fourth would have been to get work done. It's not the biggest deal in the world, but would be much more convenient if they could have combined my tour with my cleaning, or had the doc look in my mouth and then given me my consultation, instead of having me drive over there multiple times. Like I said, not the biggest deal in the world, but inconvenient.
My other problem is that after each visit they require payment, even with insurance. Which means that they estimate what they THINK my insurance will pay and then REQUIRE me to pay the difference. Each time they overcharged me. I found no statement in their payment policy of this, so I was shocked to hear it's the case. They wouldn't let me leave until I had paid. Now I'm stuck not being able to get work done because I'm not able to spread my payments out. They're payment plan charges interest which, you know

After searching all over Atlanta (& compared to dentists in 3 nearby states) Dr. WIlliams and his entire staff are the BEST!

For years I've suffered from perio, pain and poor dentistry. Not anymore! I highly recommend SDC for the entire family. You'll love Dr. Williams and his entire staff, they're knowledgable, professional and truly do care.

For years I have suffered from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and although I tried everything from nutritional suppliments to no sugar/carbs, to medicines, my symptoms kept getting worse. The newest symptom was pain in my jaw, lower neck and upper shoulders which was also causing headaches. I put up with this for about two years until I saw a pamphlet about TMJ devices at Suwanee Dental Care. I made an appt with Dr. Williams and boy I am thankful I did! He has done such extensive training in the area of TMJ and jaw disorders that I knew I was in good hands. After the questions, examination and testing, his wonderful staff made me two different appliances to use. I was told I could try them both, use them both or decide that one worked better for me than the other.

I can't tell you the difference! I don't have jaw pain anymore (I used to pay to have my jaw massaged it hurt so badly), my shoulders aren't tight, no more headaches and best of all, my fatigue has become so much more manegable! I'm talking going from having to lie down for two hours everyday to no naps and having the energy to replant my own gardens for the first time in my life!

I don't know that everyone will have the same AMAZING results as I have, but there is absolutely no reason to live with pain, discomfort and fatigue one more day. Go see the wonderful Doctors at Suwanee Dental Care. Oh by the way, tell them Iris said hi ;)

Every time I go to this dentist, I am always overcharged for services that were not rendered. They will never see me again.

I found this dental office on Kudzu, checked out their very detailed website, then made an appointment. I knew I needed a lot of dental work. So on my second visit when they presented me with a detailed plan that included the treatment needed, the cost, and the amount covered by my primary insurance, I knew I was in the right place. I started treatment immediately. My treatment is now finished and I couldn't be happier. I love Dr. Williams and his assistant. They're very professional, yet personable. They make you feel like part of the family. The office is clean, 'state of the art' and the front desk and billing is very efficient. I highly recommend them.

What do you do when its the weekend, you've just moved to a new area, no local dentist, and you have a tooth to break? Call Suwanee Dental! When I called and left a message about my situation, Dr. David Hayward immediatly called back. The next morning he and his wife met me at the office and provided me with outstanding care and attention necessary. The skill and attention Dr. Hayward and the entire staff delivers is the most professional and most courteous of any I've experienced. Even though the group is not part of my dental plan, paying the difference is well worth it for the quality of work and level of professionalism received, and for the feeling of confidence I experience with each visit.

I particularly enjoy my hygienist and greatly. She is both knowledable and understanding. The Dentis is also great with great attention to detail.
