Home Inspection Pros!
Today (11/25/09) Joe and Jim inspected our home. These guys made me tired watching them while they were inspecting our house. They also educate you with things that are not done properly and can go wrong in the future. They go through every little detail and are nuts about finding construction mistakes. They walk on the roof and check every little corner. They told me that they were going to spend about 2 hours inspecting our home but they ended up spending about 2 1/2 hours. Joe and Jim took care of our home inspection with great professionalism, honesty, and attention to details! Quality service is hard to come by these days but if you need professional home inspection, at a reasonable price Medallion Inspections is it. Go ahead and give it a shot, you'd be VERY glad!

Very Satisfied
Jim and JOe showed up promptley as schedule and were already inspecting the property when I showed up.
I decided to be at the house during the inspection and Jim and Joe were both very nice and open to answering any questions as well as offering advice.
My real estae agent joined us at the inspection and was impressed that both guys were doing the inspection and that they will climb on the roof to perform detailed inspection.
I would highly recommend Medallion Inspections and will keep them in mind for my friends and family.

nice guys
They are nice and patient guys. They gave us tips on how to do some simple maintenance for the house. We like the fact that they walk on the roof so that they may see potential problems that won't be detected without doing so.

Excellent Home Inspectors
They did a excellent job,and they were very helpful and always willing to answer questions if I didn't understand something. I would defintely recommend them to anyone in the market for a home inspection.

Medallion Inspections Provides Premier Service
My wife and I have used Medallion Inspections on 3 occasions since June of this year. Our house search has been difficult, and we needed assistance with making a final determination on a home that meets our needs. Many homes have been staged to the max and have been enticing. However, our goal was to find a home that is not only pleasing visually but one that also has "great bones." We were extremely pleased with the competence, knowledge and thoroughness of the service provided by Medallion Inspections. On our final home choices, inspectors provided my wife and I an inspection report outlining specific conditions of each home, categorizing issues as code violations, immediate repairs and those identified as possibly requiring future repair. It was through this process that we were able to make a final decision on a home. We had the opportunity to also share the report with the seller. The seller was surprised by certain aspects of the inspection report and addressed issues with contractors who had recently completed work in preparation for the sale of the home. Communication with the seller on these issues was much easier when presented in an organized manner. The seller is presently making the necessary repairs in preparation for our closing. Medallion Inspections is an excellent resource for both buyer and seller. We recommend the services of Medallion Inspections highly.

One important value you pointed out is that a thorough inspection documented in an organized report with photos generally makes it easier to discuss repairs needed with a seller. And, we find that most of the time sellers didn't know that their contractors had left something out, or in some cases had done something completely contrary to what is required by Georgia Building Code - which they should have know. Very accommodating
I found Jim and Joe after reading reviews on Kudzu. All the wonderful comments were correct. They were easy to work with. I was running late for the inspection but they went ahead and got started before I got there. They inspected quite a bit before my arrival but they were very good about going over the entire inspection with me and I was very comfortable with them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone

If we do, we go ahead and get started on the outside of the house and get a lot of the 'grunt' work out of the way so we can spend more time with you on your arrival. Medallion Inspectors did a great job
Jim and Joe are very professional and thorough. They examined every detail and found a major issue regarding the firewall in my attic that most inspectors wouldn't find. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them to re-inspect my home before my 1 year warranty.

If there were a real fire, your wall would not have provided you the protection expected and designed into the wall. The simple openings into your neighbor's attic would have allowed the fire (and people) to get into your attic. Your inspection truly paid for itself many times over - and as a first time homebuyer we were very glad to make sure you were protected. Thanks again.
