They would not allow us to sit down for a short 'meet & greet' interview with the doctor unless we paid for a full appointment.

We enjoy that the Doctor and staff know us. I have always been able to get an appointment quickly when my child was sick and appreciate Dr. Hermmanns practical advice. She is not quick to prescribe antibiotics which I also appreciate.

We searched far and wide for a good pediatrician for our son and have been so happy with Dr. Hermann. Her staff is wonderful (they actually recognized our son by name at a restaurant a month after his first appointment!) Dr. Hermann is everything you'd want in a pediatrician. She has a very calm, caring demeanor and a wisdom that comes from years of practice. She was the perfect antidote for this panicked first time mom who Googles everything that happens to her child.

Dr. Herrmann and her staff are always friendly and concerned. Plus my daughter loves getting her "tattoo" after each visit! We like that Dr. Herrmann cares about alternative lifestyles as well! Muchas Gracias Rainbow Kids Pediatrics!!!

Dr. Herrmann has been my son's pediatrician from the start. She has helped to minimize trips to the doctor by equipping me with the proper knowledge to care for common childhood illnesses. She also is a great listener and helped me to get through the first year with my sanity intact. The staff is wonderful and all have become an important part of our family.

Dr. Carol Herrmann provides personal one-on-one care for our children in a quiet private practice setting. Her staff are welcoming and attentive. Dr. Herrmann spends the time needed to get to know the family as well as the child.

We were the first patients the day we went and after waiting a half hour with a very unhappy baby I asked to reschedule at a time when we could see the doctor more quickly. The nurse went back and talked to the Dr, the nurse said we wouldn't have to reschedule and could be seen right then. My son has some quirky behavior and developmental delays so I was expecting some concerns from Dr. Herrmann, however not to the extent we recieved. She suggested we see some specialist and before we left I asked what she was thinking b/c she seemed very very concerned. She said she thought it was Austism, I began to cry of course, b/c thats scary and she told me to "love my child like he is normal" and sent me on my way. Later that evening she called and apologized for being so abrupt and admitted she should have waited to say Autism until she had more information. We have been to another pediatrician and several specialists that don't believe his behavior is due to Austism. I'm not faulting her diagnostic skills b/c some of his behaviors are similar but I didn't like the way she handled the situation. Perhaps she was mad that I was tired of waiting and pushed to be seen, I can't say, but I haven't gone back. The front desk nurse was the nicest lady I have ever met, though.

I have to echo the other posters-- Dr. Herrmann is terriffic. Because it's a small practice (just her) she really takes time with each patient. She makes call backs herself and is very accessable. She is agressive with treatment when needed but refrains from over-prescribing medications. We highly recommend her!

Dr. Hermmann and staff are kind, caring and easily accessible. No waiting for weeks to get your child an appointment. Dr. Hermmann returns phone calls herself, and is always attentive to our concerns. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Hermmann is a very caring, and attentive doctor. She takes the time to talk with the parents and children. Because she is the only physician, you always get personal care by a doctor. Great staff too!
