Really like this YMCA. Has the family-friendly pool plus all the facilities for weight training, aerobics, and more.

This is the BEST gym I’ve ever been to, and I travel a lot and therefore try a lot of gyms. The cardio area is huge (although packed at peak hours-be sure to sign up for a slot) and each machine has it’s own TV/DVD/CD player. There is an outside pool, with a water slide for kids and they are ALWAYS doing family events as well. I wish I lived closer because this gym motivates me to workout.

We love this Y. They provide childcare while you work out. Our kids love the caregivers and they are always friendly and polite. Plus, each cardio machine has its own TV (with cable).

not my favorite YMCA in GA since it doesn't seem to utilize space/equipment as i have seen at others. However, the location is right of I75 so if you live in the Buckheard area, you have a good Y
friendly staff too

I really miss this Y. I used to live in Ansley Park and this wasn't too far from home. The indoor pool is wonderful, the classes are at convenient times, and my favorite every cardio machine has its own TV! I now work out mostly at the East Lake Y (near my apt. in East Lake) and am stuck watching either Fox or Fox News. I lost over 40 pounds here, I loved it so much. And, despite its Buckhead location, feel free to wear ratty sweats, no one cares it's the Y.

We joined in part to take advantage of the free childcare (while working out) for facility members. My daughter enjoys the play area and the staff is very good.

Staff in the fitness area are also great!

Formerly the Northside Athletic club, this Y boasts both indoor and outdoor pools, many tennis courts, ample free weights and machines, cardio machines, and comfortable locker rooms. It has the typical Y programs and relatively long hours

Great basketball competition here-
Clean facility, pleasant staff, superb childcare-
The only disadvantage is sometimes kids are running through the gym during basketball games-
The restrooms are comfortable and teh pool is splnedidly oversized!!

This beautiful facility is located right off of I-75. So it is easy to access. Also, the programs are extensive for the whole family
