They do what they say, when they say they are going to very refreshing these days. They removed a large tree close to my house and did a fabulous job. This could not have been a better experience, unless they had done it for free, ha ha ha!

We have used 404-Cut-Tree the second time. It was again a stress-free excellect experience. Ann Marie, the first contact, was a pleasure to talk to. Robert Delbridge gave us professional and money saving advice while working on a quote. The work crew, Roberto and Jose, were here on time and did an amazing job. We recommend this company highly and would not employ anyone else should we need more trees removed.

My next-door neighbor retained 404-CUT-TREE to remove three old Bradford pear trees. When the crew was done, I asked them to quote to remove two of my not-so-healthy cherry trees. The price was reasonable, so I told them to proceed. I could not be more pleased. Roberto and Jose were undaunted by the heavy rain that started falling during the job, they expertly and carefully lowered the cut limbs to the ground and prevented them from falling onto my new patio, and they left the property clean as a whistle when they were done. I would call this company again for future work and highly recommend them to anyone who needs quality tree removal.

404-cut-tree did a great job for me. They responded quickly, kept in constant contact, returned my messages, and did a great job coordinating a multi-day job for a monster tree and stump griding. They offered the best value by far based on the other 4 estimates I had and really went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. They most certainly did not cut any corners to offer the best value either. Everyone on Kudzu is a fan of doing research and getting multiple estimates, but call these guys last since they'll inevitably be the company you select.

We talked to Bob for the estimate. He was by far more knowledgeable about trees than the other 3 guys we saw. He also gave us the most options for how to take care of our tree trouble. The guys who came to cut were outstanding. We had a problem with the tree stump subcontractor and 404-cut-trees took care of the whole problem and sorted us out quickly and with great effort on their part. 404-cut-trees is also the only company that didn't offer to pay me to write this positive review. That should make you wonder how honest the reviews are for other companies. It was great and we would use them over and over again.

We've used 404 Cut Tree twice, most recently this week. Both times the estimator was courteous and knowledgeable. Both times the workers were prompt and efficient, and the price was exactly as quoted. The Very Best of All: They cleaned every leaf and twig. If I hadn't seen them come and go, I'd never have known they were there! 404 Cut Tree is a company I do not hesitate to recommend to my friends. On every level, Value with a capital V!

I had a very large poplar tree in my front yard that was dying. I call around to different companies reviewed on kudzu and received several quotes.
When Robert Delbridge came to my home, not only did he give me a good price - he also gave me a list of 30 recent references (the only company to do that).
I was concerned about any tree company damaging my existing shrubs when taking down the tree. He assured me everything would be taken care of.

When I came home from work - you couldn't even tell his crew had come and gone. They picked up everything - I don't even think a leaf was on the ground. My wife didn't even notice the tree was missing. They did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. I will certainly use them again.

Robert Delbridge came to my home and offered a great deal of helpful advice for my ivy problems. I didn't have the problems I initially anticipated, and he didn't charge me for the visit.

We were very happy with the 404-cut-tree crew. They were professional and friendly. They went to a lot of extra effort to trim branches for us and they did a great job cleaning the site and cutting the stumps very low to the ground. We will definitely use them again!

They provided us with the estimate on the spot; we did not have to wait for it in the mail or thru e-mail. They made it quick and easy for us.
